Good dim sum and very inexpensive. A long wait, no reservations either. Don't make the mistake of accepting to be tabled in the other side of the restaurant, you will wait to be served the dim sum trolleys forever, or will not get the best dishes.

According to vancouver standards, this place is good, but doesn't stand out for the rest. But I definitely wouldn't say no to dim sum here. It's perfectly tasty and just as cheap as all the others. A clean looking place that's pretty large so you don't have to fight with other dim-sum go-ers for a table, and there's a 7 eleven in the same parking lot incase you need a slurpee to wash down all that steamed goodness.
