I was given the gift of cupping.
If you could see my back now, you wouldn't call it a gift. More like a gift of pain rather than pleasure.(It didn't hurt at all actually)
I came for cupping therapy to help with the flow of my blood and do some work on the diabetic points and work on conditioning my liver.
I think they put about 41 cups, flamed on stuck and all over my back. They didn't do the points on my tummy or my knees, but the lady was very nice and did it quickly.
I recieved a half and half treatment that was to condition my blood flow. Some may say to help prevent things like stroke and heart conditions.
Half was a flowing massage, firm pressure and movement and the other half was the cupping.
It was about an hour for the session and after I felt relaxed and "han hao". Good.
However, upon standing up and walking into the bright lights, I was a bit dizzy. I think the cupping worked a bit on my pancreatic points a bit.
Not a problem. I drank some water and was good.
The lady that did the therapy is learning English but all I needed to say if it was good of if it hurt, which for me it didn't.

I went for an accupressure massage last week, the female therapist was really good, her skills are good and she was very polite. The pressure was firm but not painful, the room is quiet. My only comment was the disposable sheet liner for the table should be thicker or use cloth to completely cover the table. My body was a bit itchy afterwards.

I love this place !!!
I'm addicted to this place. I've been to many less expensive chinese reflexology and this is my far favourite ! I normally get the younger people to do my body massage which is only $35/ 50min (but I think they raise the price up to $38 now) ! So cheap right ?! I think its a very reasonable price since I've paid over $120 for aromatherpy massage but I feel so sore and my body still aches from my bad sleep.
I've only had there body massages, so they bring you to a small room, nothing fancy. But the people there sure knows there pressure points !!! The girl that normally massages me, Zhu zhu is very firm on the gentler side. She is very detailed on the areas that she is working on and when I told her my shoulder blade had many knots and it was really sore, I'm pretty sure she was sweating because I love my massages HARD !! She used this wooden bar/blade and just kept on digging in my muscles. I think its called scapping ? Anyways it was so goood, eventhough I was bruised up after (but that's suppose to happen anways).
Anyways long story short, I love this place, I think this place is affordable and I know most people say "you get what you pay for" ... Well then, I'm very happy !!!
Ask for zhu zhu or gabbi those two are my fave !!
