**Three and a Half Stars**
My honey and I would love to someday drive across Canada, stopping at all the little towns along the way, and visiting the Chinese restaurants that seem to always be in every town, no matter how small..... It would be a book of photographs. MMMM I get hungry just thinking about it.
Princeton has two such little Chinese restaurants and considering the other one seems to never be open, this is our stop for Chinese in Princeton.
Run by a couple who is friendly and welcoming. The wife is from Canton and she's been here since 1987.
Their ginger beef was the gingeriest I've ever had. It was so full of ginger that I'm probably never gonna have another upset stomach again for at least 12 years. Ginger magic.

Singapore noodles were delicious. Egg rolls were tiny but yummy and not too greasy.
Overall, it was just the kind of meal we wanted and would be glad to have whether we were locals, or just passing through, looking for a fix.
