I have been taking my kitty here for over a year now.  I have been very happy with this clinic and all the staff and veterinarians I have encountered here.

We have been seen by both the regular vets and a rotating temp vet (Dr. Lena).  All the vets have been very kind, and are happy to work with me to develop the best plan of care for my cat.  Our cat is an indoor pet, so doesn't require all the vaccinations, and the vets here are good at not pushing too many if it isn't necessary.  In fact, the male vet told me not to bother with a vaccination even though I had been prepared to pay for that particular booster.

I have found the examinations to be very thorough, and never rushed.  The vets are gentle and have good handling skills.  I was welcome to bring my cat in a day before her first vet visit so she could get acquainted with the front of house staff and the facility first.  This helped the next day when I brought her in for her actual vet visit.  She was calm and comfortable.  Even though we have only been in a few times the staff remembers us and are very friendly.  I also appreciate that any little question I have is treated seriously and answered or investigated as well as they can.  They don't make me feel like a paranoid parent.

The exam rooms are clean, modern, and quiet.  My cat gets comfy right away once she gets in the exam room.  The scales are no fuss, and just right for cats, and allow for a quick and easy measurement.

I have only had one instance where I felt the estimate was getting a little out of control, however, we didn't end up needing the procedure in the end.

Oh, and they sometimes call just to see how my cat is doing!  So nice!  However, their website sucks and provides nothing useful except their hours and phone number.

I was extremely happy with this vet until recently.  About a month ago we took Oberon in as he had  been limping after a play session with Puck, our other dog.  The first vet we saw thought that Oberon had a knee problem do we put him on anti inflammatory medication and then weekly shots for his knee.  At the 4th week we saw the other vet and he thought that it was Oberon's hip and that to be sure they had to do x-rays for an estimated price of just over $600.  Ouch!

I went into panic mode as there is NO WAY we can afford $600 for x-rays, especially if something was seriously wrong.  So I contacted a number of rescue agencies and they told me that was just too much for x-rays and to shop around.  Which I did and found a place that was rescue recommended and wallet approved.  I am really sad that it came down to cost but when that is the differential between two good vets I will go to the one that doesn't hurt my wallet as much.

I will only be coming back here if there is no where else to go.

I've been taking my cats and dog here for about 4 years now.  The Doctors are wonderful and take the time to do thorough exams, and ask me questions about their health, food, habits, etc. and not rush to get us out the door, so they can quickly get onto the next appointment.  The support staff is so caring and they know us by name, which is something that means a lot.  The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the rapid price increases that seems to have occurred the past couple of years.  But with the quality of care, I'm still willing to overlook this (as long as it doesn't get out of hand).
