This little puppy palace is going out of business at the end of this week.
I popped in today to find out the details and according to the friendly worker, the owners hope to open up again in a year or two.
There are loads of items on sale, from doggy-chow to collars - you'll be sure to find a treat for your hairy buddy at a super discounted price.
It will be sad not to see a water dish curb-side and customers lined up for a gulp when The Naughty Dog closes shop. Swing by and give this local store some business before they close their doors, perhaps for good. -

Thanks to Naughty Dog I now know that Bed Head hair products has an unlikely alternative line called Pet Head, shampoos and styling products for animals. I am pretty sure that my Fido would most likely get washed in the same shampoo I use, because I'm just not willing to buy an extra product just for my dog. Nonetheless, amusing.
You'll find other "body" products for pets here, as well as tons of clothing and accessories. To be fair, most of the pet clothes are pretty typical - this is not one of those insane New York boutiques where you pay $500 for diamond encrusted dog fedoras - you're more likely to find little fleece capes and plaid jackets. If you HAVE to dress your pet, I consider that more reasonable attire to choose.
On the topic of clothes for pets: I don't own one, but I have warned my boyfriend that if we ever get a dog I can't promise I won't knit it sweaters. But that's more about the ridiculousness of *making* something for a dog, not about dressing it up. That's better, right? Right? -

Me, I like my dogs big and butchy - real dogs, not pocket dogs that many people haul around as a fashion accessory. But if your predilection IS for dogs that wear clothes well, this is your shop. It's jam-packed with designery clothes for every possible variation on the pampered pooch, plus fantastic bags for carrying around your little ratter. Expect to pay through the nose for the privilege of earning a big "AWWW" every time you and Fifi enter a room.
