Wonderful place, but the Grant Avenue location has been closed for over a year. They moved SOME of the staff to the Meadowood location. I went there once after the Grant Avenue location closed, and was sorely disappointed. The atmosphere was loud and noisy, the staff clustered around the booking desk gossiping and contributing to the noise. I go to a spa for calm and serenity, and this is sorely lacking. Better go to Ten Spa or The Clarion Mineral Spa instead.

The Skinny: great services with excellent packages for a great price - 'nuff said (5).
I'm a great fan of both the Giselle's spa in the Grant location and the Meadowwood location.
Every year around my birthday, I go for a great spa treatment - facial, mani-pedi, massage. End of story. The staff here are trained by Giselle's which results in consistency in service. Been here multiple times and love it every time.
Prices are very reasonable however sometimes it is hard to book an appointment at the Grant location because they are frequently full.
