Excellent customer service (Lidia is fantastic), selection, and quality.
If you're looking for some great quality furniture ideas/options I highly recommend a trip out to North Van to look through their showroom.
Lidia took the time to run through all our options, showed us things that matched what we told her we were looking for (how often is this simple part of the equation not followed?), and kept us in the loop while our couch was being made, and followed up to ensure it was delivered and fit in our room properly.
I had a not-so-good experience shopping for some (and returning) other furniture, and I'd be more than willing to drive back to North Van to find it there. -

The fact that I'm willing to trek out to North Van to browse and shop here speaks volumes because I hate the bridge!
This is one of my favorite furniture stores in town - generally contemporary but with nice warmth. One of the few showrooms with italian made Natuzzi pieces and great selection of items from Calligaris, Elite, and other lines. Their outdoor furniture selection is great and customer service is solid whenever I'm in the store.
More of my furniture would come from them if they were a bit closer, but definitely two thumbs up from me. Easy parking at the front of the store.

Established in 1979
Ginger Jar Furniture started as a wicker & rattan furniture shop in various locations. In 1987 they consolidated their showrooms into one 22,000 square foot flagship location at 1420 Fell Avenue at Marine Drive. Spring 2012 brought about the birth of OMG it's small by Ginger Jar. This specialty showroom houses condo sized, 'space starved', multi-purpose furniture for apartments, condominiums, and small rooms.
