I was working nearby for a couple weeks and had to explore all the neighbourhood options for food when one of our team pointed this place out.
I haven't tried their pastries, but their lunch sandwich special was awesome. Most delis I walk into offer sandwiches, but they're less than thrilling. Gezund Bite gave you several options to build your own sandwich for a good price, and the portions were decent. Nice, friendly staff, too!
The only drawbacks were the slow service and not a lot of space to sit down, especially after the weather's gotten cold and they've stopped using their table outdoors. The fact that I used "table" as a singular should indicate how limited seating is.
But GREAT lunch option! -

When looking for an inexpensive place to have breakfast around St. Clair and Bathurst, we stumbled across this bakery and deli. The sandwiches are very fairly priced at less than five dollars, and the portions are quite generous. I enjoyed a veal cutlet on a bun, and my girlfriend had an enormous egg salad sandwich.
When ordering a sandwich, they'll ask you to choose your bun from a display of freshly baked bread. They also have a wide assortment of delicious looking cakes and pastries. The service stuff were very friendly and gave us two tasty morsels on the house.
All in all, if looking for a quick bite on a weekend morning, this deli offers a good sized lunch for a very reasonable price.
EDIT: Yelp seems to think this was a bit too enthusiastic a review and has "filtered" it out. Meh. I was just pleased to find it on a weekend morning, and want to help others do the same. -

I absolutely love their pastries! They have amazing savoury ones with feta cheese and spinach, but the sweet ones are also great!
