Review from Victoria B.

I was invited to a group called Jenn's Germania kitchen on Facebook. This group was a vehicle to let people know about the Sunday brunch at the German-Canadian Club. The selling point for me was that the entire buffet was safe for people with wheat allergies, gluten sensitivity or full- blown Celiac disease.
My wheat eating brunch-mate was served toast on a separate plate: Jenn and Ian, her sous chef, are strict about preventing cross contamination.
The buffet included pancakes, eggs, beef sausages without fillers, bacon, potatoes, potato pancakes, juice, seasonal fruit and coffee.
I don't think I have managed to eat as much as I did for years! Best part for me was that Celiac sufferers had no side-effects of wheat contamination.
I will be back!
