weird that it is called a "tapa bar" (which they spell wrong on their sign to my knoweldge!).... this sushi bar is pretty good though:) They only use brown rice and low sodium soy sauce, which some people might not appreciate, but it is my preference... Although presentation isn't amazing, the sushi is alright... the spicy is REALLY spicy (but I'm a bit of a spice wimp)... the 'speciality' sushi rolls are so much more expensive (like double!), that I have only tried the cheaper ones... so my experience with the food is limited to a few rolls... Spicy tuna is my favourite, which they do OK... but I wish they wouldn't mince the tuna!.. and there are no other flavours in the roll BUT tuna (some people might like this, but I like a bit of variety, even if it is a drop of sauce on top). The service is amazing... the same guy in a suit has served me every time... his smile might be a little insincere, but who can blame him in the service industry?
