I absolutely love this place, i keep going back for the best greek salad I have ever had!!! Everytime I go, I order something that is not exactly on the mene, the server and the kitchen staff have no issues with it, which makes me love this place even more. Bar staff is excellent and the prices are great!!

Great beer selection - a large mix of intensely local, North American microbrews and high quality international selections. This is not the place to just as for a Canadian.
The food was fresh and well prepared. The pan-fried haddock was particularly good. The salads were well prepared and featured a wide variety of garden-fresh ingredients.
Our server was just the right mix of knowledge and friendliness but did seem to be covering a pretty big and noisy area.
The atmosphere is 'ale house' it's a bit the noisy side but thats part of the character.
The up stairs wine bar is new and quite quiet - we waited there for a few minutes while our table was prepped. Might be worth a visit later. -

In my humble opinion, it's the best place to drink beer in Fredericton. I go most Friday and Saturday nights, and the place is usually packed. They have a very respectable selection of beers and while the staff don't know what some of them are, they competently bring you what you ask for.
Food is on the beer side of okay. A little better than your average pub food. -

Visiting Fredericton and getting out an about...
Had the chance to visit this so very cool little pub. It is in an old bank of some sort. Ultra high ceilings, dark woods and just a fantastic atmosphere.
We ordered steaks and the fixin's. The ceasar salad was absolutely fantastic. Garlic factor - burn baby burn.
The steaks were ok, fries wer fab and it came with corn on the cob, which was visibly out of season and made with cilantro... blech. Gross.
Service was excellent, and prices were probably a bit higher than other such establishments around here, but perfectly reasonable. Three of us ate, drank and were merry for $100. -
