Apparently I came here on an "off" day because my friends who live in this neck of the woods know the manager and ski here every weekend and eat here just about once a week.

The food is good. No arguing about it.  I had the beef dip which was tasty (large enough to share) and I had a small bowl of corn chowder which was delicious.

However, we waited over 45 mins for our food to arrive.  People that arrived after us received their food faster.

I DO recommend you try this restaurant - it's conveniently nestled ABOVE the Whistler gondola (look for the big blue patio umbrellas) but I have to fairly rate it 2 stars because of the service.  I normally don't consider service too much in my reviews, but this was ridiculous!
