    Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with.  Sure I've gotten upset with my phone company but this is absolutely nothing compared to the incompetence......   Not just incompetence absolute UNWILLINGNESS of them to fix a problem that is clearly a problem that can only be fixed by them. A whole new level!!!   My satellite was installed Nov 22.   It's now Jan 8th and with multiple multiple calls and emails every single day the only answers I get is to call tomorrow.  Call after the weekend.  Call after the holidays.  I only get a signal max 3 hours a day, sometimes not at all. I basically spend all my time watching the signal strength and willing it to work and when the perfect conditions all come together....   I don't know why I've wasted so much of my time trying to get it fixed anyways because it's barely better than dial up.  I think worst actually but I don't have dial up offered at my house.  The only reason you should deal with this company is if you enjoy extreme frustration and want to have to get lawyers involved to a situation they will never fix.  I'm already in $900 in installation costs.   A lot more than the $99 offer that they first told me about.  They said that was all it was going to cost unless the installer wanted to charge extra and if he did it wouldn't be much.  So not only have I lost money paying the company but also an installer.  Almost 7 weeks later neither the installer (Dish Pro)  have done anything to fix the problem except to propose another $1200 in installation charges.  I've even accepted and they won't actually come to do them!!  I make my money working from home and this has absolutely wreaked havoc on my business.  Do not use this company unless you are totally willing to spend your time in a coffee shop to use the internet.  (as I am doing right now and everyday).  They admit to the install being done incorrectly but refuse to do anything to fix it.  The installer admits to it being done wrong as well but doesn't guarantee his work so he actually expects another $1200 for a days worth or work to fix his original mistake and the company feels like they are not responsible at all!   (Where's the negative stars)   I've only spoken to Xplornet ( http://www.xplornet.co... ), their competitor, but they sound a lot smarter on the phone and they have an ALL MONEY BACK guarantee, I think within 30 days.  You rent the equipment so not a ton of upfront costs and most importantly a GUARANTEE Galaxy won't even void my 3 year contract!   When I told Xplornet what these clowns at Galaxy have done they couldn't help but laugh and said that would NEVER happen with them.  I can't imagine any business still being in business with the policies that they have..
