* Accepts returns from online purchases - thank you! *
I have never purchased anything IN this store. But I was very happy that they accept returns for online purchases from http://Futureshop.com.
After buying a crappy universal remote that had promised to work with my system but didn't (http://www.yelp.ca/biz...) Future Shop was absolutely fine taking it back and fully refunding me. Since they had shipped for free I only lost time.
A fair trade, considering it wasn't Future Shop's fault Logitech had given bad information on its web site.
Thank you for taking it back, Future Shop.
Shame on you, Logitech! -

It is one of those stores that is really out of the blue in terms of area. Usually when you go to Future Shop, they are located somewhere with competing businesses, close to shopping malls, in a super busy plaza, and they are usually a big store. This one in terms of size and foot traffic is not big, and really doesn't carry much stuff like the other abundant stores.
That being said, this is not a bad store. I stumbled on this store last year as I was making online pick up purchases, and you usually get a confirmation email when the order is filled. Usually if you choose this store for a product, that is the email response you get back first, as they are prompt. The staff here is very friendly in terms of answering questions, price matching, game trading, they are a full fledged store and also one where I find they don't pressure/push the sale too hard.
It is a good location out of the norm, with great parking in the plaza, never a problem finding one right at the door. I try to dodge the rest of the other ones if they have my product here, and I have to shop at Future Shop!
