Review from Herman E.
The only course where I have:
1. Had to hit my drive over a black bear that was in the middle of the fairway grazing and having breakfast, thank goodness I made it! None of us wanted to hit him.
2. Had to hit my tee shot over a 150 yd ravine to an elevated green on a 200 yd par 3. I made par BTW. =D
3. Hit over a ravine on one hole and then had to hit over the same ravine on the hole after
4. Gotten absolutely soaked because I played in the rain
5. Got my tee shot, that was headed to the pin, blown sideways from a sudden gust of wind.
Not a course for beginners tho. You will lose a lot of balls and get totally beaten up. I've known peeps who had lost close to 2 dozen balls here,
Still, it's a spectacular course with breathtaking views of Howe Sound.Listed in: Weekend with the boys

Tough course but absolutely beautiful setting. High handicappers, don't bother or pack 2x dozen balls. Trust me!
Outside staff were great. No range (a net with 2 mats). -

This is the most beautiful spectacular golf course that will match any in the world...
But not a course to play if your a beginner as the beautiful can trick you into the losing your golf balls faster than you think. But maybe thats not a bad thing cause it so hard to play even the best golfers get their skills tested here..
Great lounge and food served every day with an amazing vie.. every they are open golfing or not.. -

Bring your own food and drinks.
We arrived for our 4 pm tee time and were told we were too late to get a hotdog at the kiosk which was closing. When we finished our game we were told that the people just before us could have dinner at the restaurant but we could not. There is no where else to get anything to eat or drink for a long drive. There were also golfers coming in after us.
I guess we should be grateful they can't lock up the bathrooms on the course.
There was really no service - I think I saw one employee all game.
If they don't want to give pm service, maybe they should not give pm tee times.
It is a beautiful golf course, if a bit silly.
