I honestly can't believe how amazing the facials and pedicures are here-- Heather is simply fantastic, and Jacqueline is a lovely and welcoming presence at the front desk.
The spa stocks SpaRitual, Opi, Dermalogica and Gehwol (which I've had difficulty locating elsewhere). -

This is just a review for the facial here. This is a Dermalogica spa if that sways your decision to go here. My aesthetician was absolutely fantastic, however, everything else was truly lacking. The atmosphere was met with thin walls, very loud, talkative people, and an awkward waiting area that is 2 feet away from the 2 treatment rooms. However, I walked away feeling strange about the whole experience and the service did not help clear up my face, because I'm pretty much back to square one (going off of previous experience with other facials that did the trick).

For true North Van tans (well, more like fake ones, but I digress) try Fruition Day Spa, which features a Skinbar that encourages you to touch and sniff beauty products before and after you get your Dinair Airtan, an airbrush system that takes less than 20 minutes to apply and fully dry, and works by blasting micro-particles of colour onto your skin. Five to eight hours later (and for the next seven to 10 days), you'll be flaunting your even, flawless tan -- and probably some new makeup, too. Full-body tan, $40.

I went there for a 45 min relaxing massage & micro treatment on my chin. My first time ever there. They had an uncomfortable waiting room, high, hard stools. There product knowledge was terrible. I asked for something to reduce ingrown hair like PFB Solution... they did not have anything like that. What kind of spa does not have that product? The lady who did the treatments was weird and uncomfortable. She kept looking at the complimentary chocolate that was supposed to be for me and never gave it to me. She never offered a water or a tea before or after the services. Immediately after the treatments she had me listen to her speech and tried to sell me products...while STANDING UP! I just had a relaxing message and I had to stand there and listen to her try to sell me products for 10mins!!! I have been to a lot of days spas. This was NOT good service. Your better off at Forever beauty on cambie for a cheap $38.00 facial, at least they let you sit down and give you tea when they try to hard sell you something... and they do a great job with their facials.
My verdict, don't go to fruition... go somewhere else. they do not know what they are doing.
