My friend wouldn't shut up about these white truffle fries. Every time we would chat, she'd say "Abby, OMG. I had truffle frjtz today and I like had a foodgasm!" Now like any normal person after hearing this, my interests peaked. So I just had to get my hands on these orgasmic fries.
I have never tried white truffles. Never had a dish with them. Never had anything cooked in its oil. Never even seen one. For all I knew, truffles were chocolate balls. But what I did know about them was that you either really love it, or really hate it. I think I'm in the latter. Well "hate" is a strong word. I wouldn't say hate. I just didn't enjoy them as much as my friend did. I think the smell is what turned me off. The taste was okay for me, but nothing too special. Why the 4 stars tho? Because we also ordered garlic frjtz and spicy frjtz. Both of which I highly enjoyed. But I gotta say the stars for me were their dipping sauces! That pesto mayo is dangerous... You could probably slap that on anything and I'd eat it, no hesitation. Done. The curry ketchup gave off a BBQ taste and I love me some BBQ.
So I would definitely come back again. Not for the white truffle, but for the dipping sauces. I'd also check out the crepes and sandwiches. I must explore the rest of the menu. -

I was very disappointed with the burger - the plump, home-made round (like a small baseball) burger patty in the photo adorning the register enticed me to order it.
What arrived at my table was a processed, mechanically formed and uniformed shaped (and possibly frozen) limp burger. It tasted processed and as crappy as it looked.
This isn't McDonalds, where sure the photo will never match the product - this is a $10 burger. I was disappointed.
Further lost marks for shabby and dirtiness of the place, and that my fries came to the table some time before my burger.
There are plenty of great burgers in Hayes Valley, this sadly isn't one of them. -

Remember Heisenberg; Every choice we make spins off another universe.
In this other universe, I have no doubt this would be our place. This is my favorite restaurant along Hayes-- and there's some pretty excellent competition.
What can be said? They offer thick-cut Belgian french fries and mussels drenched in butter and garlic. You dip your fries in the salty mollusc sauce and part of your brain screams in delight and unclenches.
They offer approximately 1,000 mayo-based dipping sauces-- plus the good old white sauce right out of a spigot. This is eating.
The decor strikes my aesthetic as perfect-- effortlessly cool with fashionable highlights. The neighborhood hipsters seem to agree: The Friday crowd tends to the under 30 and leggings-clad.
We'd get our orders to go; You'd casually call me 'my love.' We'd get three cannisters of the miso mayonaisse.
A million heartbeats ago, a single choice, a different universe.
Exceptional. Highly reccommended for everyone. -
Review from Annie L.
I was pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was here of all things.
On separate occasions I had the house burger and the Rivera salad. The burger was great and the bun was so tasty, they have a great selection of dips for the fries as one would expect from the United States Of America - HELL YEAH.
Anyhow the salad was rather disappointing, the ingredients all though interesting seemed rather bland in this effort, perhaps the salad was too cold for the flavours to come out.
They have free wi-fi which is a rather redundant term in San Francisco, it's like saying I have skin - I do have skin.
Nice relaxed spot to meet friends when you don't want to queue like so many people in this city have a sick fetish for. -

I can walk to the Hayes Valley location. It is just down the street from my place. They serve crepes, salads and burgers for the over priviledged, self centered Hayes Valley crowd.
Yes, you know the Yelp type:
"I've been to BELGIUM!! These re NOT Belgian fries!! The sauces are just ketchup and mayonaisse". WAAhhhh.....!!! LISTEN: How about you go hungry for a day?? Or get a job as a dishwasher, an see how you like it?? UGh. Just shut the fuck up!!
The food is tasty. I put it in my mouth, and I want more. The Latino boys at the counter have always been nice to me....And nobody is ever nice to me.
IT is expensive, but it is one of the cheaper options in my gentrified neighborhood. After a long day at work, who has time to cook? I can go to the corner store on Webster and Hayes and get a microwave something, a soda and chips. I am grateful when I can afford to just walk down, and eat at Frjtz.
That's it. -

Pricy pricy pricy.
I had lunch here with a co-worker, we shared one large order of fries and each had a burger. She had a frjtz burger and I had "The Istanbul". She said her burger was pretty good, and cooked pretty well to her she wanted it, I had my medium rare closer to the rare and it was cooked well. I was kind of surprised the feta in my burger turned out to be pretty damn good. The fries however were a thorough disappointment, just a basket a soggy skinny fries, nothing really special except for small sauce containers with some funky sauces, which disguised the low quality fries.
Wasn't a fan, of their kitschy concept, and definitely wasn't a fan of the price. 5 bucks for fries and 10 bucks for a burger.
Even if a they had a garden gnome serve us the food and sing us a song, it wouldn't have made a difference for me.
Probably not going back. -

This place is just sad.
Aside from the kind of cool interior decor of plants in the walls, abstract pieces, super hero mosaics, and dim lighting...the food was...sucky.
I was there with a friend around 1:00pm, haven't had anything to eat all morning, craving a nice juicy restaurant quality burger that will hit the spot, and this place caught our eyes. Looking at the menu which boast clams, a variety of salads, and a list of at least 10 burgers choices and up; I thought that this place was going to make me quite happy. So I ordered the Athens burger (medium rare) which was supposed to have olives ,feta, and coleslaw of some sort. My friend went for The Frjtz burger which seemed somewhat glorious in the description....until the waiter brought it out.
First look at the burgers made my smile drop. The so called Athens burger was only a medium rare beef patty (at least they got that right) with a pile of melting feta on it, laid on top of a toasted (dutch crust?) buns, which had some kind of herbs and a few pieces of minced olives spread on them. Under the patty, I discovered a few pieces of caramelized onions and by a few I mean like 3 small rounds reduced to about a teaspoon full...That was the burger that cost me roughly $10...
I guess if you counted the Coleslaw which was a hand full of shredded cabbage with some sort of dressing drizzled over top... the single slice of tomato... and half a stalk of romaine lettuce to be side items then I must have been living under a rock cause I expected side items to be bigger or at least more in number.
Presentation:
JUST TERRIBLE! ... it just look unappetizing.
The taste:
- the patty was forgivable, they did make it medium rare and meat tends to taste like meat unless you add spices to them ... so it was just a plain patty.
- I do like feta cheese so I forgave that too
- the buns were tough and hard as a rock after about 5 minutes or so. The spread that was put on them tastes like garlic butter on garlic bread except with some paprika and once in a while you might stumble upon a piece of minced olive, which might excite you if you've forgotten that the burger was supposed to have olives and so its unexpected appearance might startle you...
- The slaw was strange... tangy dressing ... which I believe is some sort of cheap balsamic vinegar mixture, made me a little nauseated
- didn't touch the lettuce or tomato...why bother, I doubt it can jazz up the already lame burger
My friend's burger was also a patty-on caramelized onions-on bun...one slice of tomato and half a stalk of romaine...and the only thing that made her's different from mine was the sweet potato fries.
We didn't bother putting our burgers together...ate the patties with a knife and fork...shared the fries...and left everything else on the plate...
I don't eat at McDonald's, but I would have been happier with a big mac or something and it wouldn't cost me $10...those were sad excuses for gourmet burgers.
Also as a complementary note, They have crepes...I'm a crepes person... and I saw the guy make a savory one as I was walking out and my eye caught the strips of spam on the crepes which was sprinkled with some shredded cheese and I was unimpressed...I bet that would cost someone $8 or something and they can probably make the same thing for under $3 if they ransack their pantry.
ADVICE: FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT. -

The Fritz burger was just ho-hum and over-cooked when I asked for it medium-rare (it was medium if not well-done).
More than that, I couldn't cut the burger in two with the sloppy cutlery that accompanied the burger (a spork would've been more effective) and hey, for $9.50 could you spare a few fries on the plate? And $5.50 for a glass of Stella Artois is greedy.
In short, the Fritz burger is not a $9.50 burger. And the "frites" are not Belgium frites. I've been to Belgium so if this is what they're peddling, it's wrong.
Last, could you clean the bathrooms? I nearly walked out when I experienced the dirty and unsanitary women's bathroom.
This is my 'hood but sorry- pass.
PS Salads and mussels coming out of the kitchen looked amazing but still: Can you clean the place, eeuww! -

Came here just to try their unique list of sauces. Me and two other friends of mine shared an order of large fries with two sauces which was around $5-$6. At first we weren't sure if it was going to be enough, but it was deceivingly pretty big. The fries came out hot so be careful with your first bite. The potatoes were pretty thick. For the sauces we chose the Truffle Artichoke Ketchup and this other lemon mayo based sauce. I'd definitely stay away from the mayo based sauces because their homemade mayo was just too fattening, fluffy, creamy, and basically just didn't really sit well in my mouth. The ketchup one was pretty good though!
Overall this place was pretty pricey, but it definitely makes for a great hangout spot! Very spacious inside and nice lounge area. -
Review from Hayne P.
Sadly, starting to think that Frjtz is overrated. Fries take WAY too long to come out, you get bunch of wimpy little fries, and the dipping sauces are glorified mayonnaise and ketchup. I ended up getting regular mayonnaise and ketchup because their dipping sauces are pretty overrated. They are definitely nothing special.
The good thing is, they give you HUGE portions of mimosas for a decent price. Awesome!
More bad news: I don't know if I should be grossed out that they use the crepe griddles to also cook their meats and onions and such.
Not a place for me to get my fries kick, although I'm willing to try other things on the menu.
TL;DR SKIP THE FRIES. -

I need two orders of Italica Mussels to myself! I love mussels, and I think the mussels are a bargain here. You get a lot and they are fresh and delicious. They need to give you more bread so you can dip it into the sauce. I'm willing to share the side of fries. My favorite dipping sauce was the aioli.
I got some kind of chicken sandwich. I forget the name as it wasn't memorable to me. My next trip will consist of the mussels and fries. -

This is probably one of the worst experience I've had in a restaurant, so bad that I decided to log into yelp after a year of inactivity.
First of all, this place is always empty when everywhere else is packed, that is the reason why I never come inside. After reading an article about this place on yahoo I've decided to give it a shot.
I ordered Basquiat and fries
1) The fries, they were known for their sauces and yet the sauces were old and smelly, the fries were not even belgium fries, they are just some regular cut up potato fries. I've had belgium fries before and this is nothing like it. After dipping in their sauce it can only get worse, making me not want to eat anything again.
2) Basquiat, it looked so disgusting that I felt bad even thinking about giving it to homeless person, so I did not take one bite from it.
I'll never come to this place again, my gut feeling told me there were something wrong with this. Be aware! -

Where are the half stars when you need them? 3 feels like too few and 4 feels like too many.
Awesome crepes. A good range and variety, lots of options for the vegetarian in you. Belgian fries are zomg awesome and the dipping sauces... yeah, they looked great, but I got overwhelmed with trying to pick and wound up just not getting any (next time I'm going to go here, I'll review the list while not standing in line or online ahead of time).
Don't let your initial impressions of the size of this place fool you. There's an entire back section and lots of room.
Service is a bit... hrm... weird. The crepes came out pretty fast, but the fries took awhile, almost like an afterthought. We thought they'd forgotten them at first, especially since they took our table number with the crepe delivery and ran off. My friend's cutlery wound up being dirty and he had to go wander off to find a replacement.
It's a bit on the pricy side, but I'd have to say the food quality is excellent. I'd love to try it again. -

I love the Frjtz location in the Mission but my experience at the Hayes Valley location
has been abysmal. I've visited in the late morning for brunch and in the evening for desert and this location has never failed to disappoint.
Tonight I ordered a desert crepe and a Cafe Americano, being assured by the cashier that my coffee would be brought to me. My crepe arrived first, with my coffee only arriving after I practically had to trip the server to get his attention so that he would bring me my coffee.
FAIL.
How is this service??? After I finish my desert, I will not visit this location again. It rots. -

The place is fun. It's decorated with green (yay my favorite color) and also a couple of posters of superheroes. Their mussels are okay but nothing's special. I would like it with fries instead of bread tho. They sell fries tho but I didn't get it because the mussels are about 1lb and it's a lot of food for me.

Review from Bulent K.
Petaluma, CA
The food here is great. They don't have some of the mussel choices that the Mission store has...but the ones they do have still taste great. The only reason I would not give this place 5 stars is the atmosphere. You have to go here solely for the food. The decoration, especially at the back, is horrific. Whoever designed the interior must have gone for an arboreal theme but ended up making the place look like a post-modern McDonald's at best. Tiesto sets are blaring from the speakers.
5 stars for the food and service. Negative 1 star for the ambiance. Someone has to do something about the music at least. -

San Francisco, CA
I used to go here all the time with one of my best friends that lived in Hayes Valley - it was great for a relatively inexpensive meal, ample and comfortable seating, and good food. I've been going here for about 4 years and would have normally given this 5 stars, but I went here 2 months ago and it was not as good as I remembered.
The food is decent, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. It's a great place to eat if you're in the area though. My favorite part are the belgian fries, which are thick cut fries. They are $3.75 for a small size and $5.25 for a large. I've never been disappointed with these and they have a wide variety of dipping sauces. My favorites are the chipotle remoulade and the white truffle artichoke ketchup.
As far as the crepes go, they are definitely filling and a good size. My favorite is the Remington which has the chipotle remoulade, chicken sausage, corn, black beans, and cheddar cheese. I was a little annoyed that they ran out of chicken sausage last time and put steak in there without asking me if the substitution was okay.
I've had the Goya before which is okay, and you can't go wrong with the Kandisky crepe - anything with Nutella and strawberries tastes good. I don't get it often because $7 for Nutella & strawberries is highway robbery.
The decor is nice - it's not too loud and you can have a great conversation with friends without feeling rushed. It's a good place to grab a quick and dinner for about $10-$15. -
Review from Ryan B.
This place used to be a lot better than it has become over the last several years. I ordered the Frjtz Burger which wasn't seasoned at all, but was saved by the spread. Their specialty is definitely their savory crepes, fries, and like 30 dipping sauces. Jalepeno Ketchup and White Truffle ketchup are awesome - not to mention the Bacon Mayo.

Review from Sofia R.
My roommate and I were out for the day and we decided to grab lunch here.
After much debate, we decided to split an order of Italica mussels (white wine, garlic, tomato, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes) and large fritz with strawberry mustard and creamy wasabi mayo. I ordered a soju mojito for myself just because it sounded so good.
It didn't take too long to get our order although I found it strange to have my drink given to me after the food arrived. I think this is because it's the cashier who mixes the drinks and he was pretty busy taking other people's orders.
Both soju and mojitos are wonderful on their own. I expected for it to be wonderful together as well. In a way, it was...I just couldn't really find the soju. Still tasty and refreshing though!
They give you plenty of mussels in their mussel dishes so I was happy about that. The mussels were pretty flavorful but you don't get the wine taste until the very end. And when it says that it comes with bread, they only give you two little pieces.
The fries are always pretty good. They remain pretty crisp after sitting for a while. It's very heavy on the tummy though so be aware of how much you're ordering! We couldn't finish our fries and had to take them home.
The sauces were good. I remember trying the strawberry mustard from the other branch and I was quite happy. The flavor is still strong in the sauce here in Hayes Valley, yet there weren't as many strawberry chunks (if at all) in the sauce. The wasabi mayo was good. It has enough wasabi to give it a kick which I appreciate. I wish there was more, but that's just me. Out of the two, I prefer the mustard but that might be because I'm not partial to mayo.

This is a Belgian fries, sandwiches, and crepes restaurant in Hayes Valley. I came here with a friend on a Saturday for brunch and the place didn't seem too busy. I ordered the Goya crepe (rosemary chicken, caramelized onions, pesto mayo, roasted peppers, and swiss cheese) and a side of small Belgian fries to share (creamy wasabi mayonnaise dip). We got a table and waited for our number to be called. And boy did that take awhile (more than 15 minutes)! My friend was pretty much done with her meal by the time I got my food. Although the crepe may look tantalizingly delicious, ultimately it left much to be desired. The pesto mayo had a pretty unique taste at first, but everything else was very average. I didn't think it was close to being $10. For crepes, I'd rather go to Crepevine in the Inner Sunset District. All in all, I probably won't be back anytime soon.

* The Frjtz Burger - 3 stars
(A mouth watering 6 oz burger served on a Dutch crunch bun, served with caramelized red onions, chipotle remoulade and a pickle spear. $9.50)
The dutch crunch is always, always nice. Otherwise this burger is not bad, not fantastic though either. Good meat, good sauce.
* Canaletto - 2.5 stars
(Goat cheese, fresh tomatoes, fresh shallots, parsley and olive oil. $9.50)
This crepe is only good so far as its ingredients are inherently awesome. (Goat cheese!) However the crepe itself was super soggy, and it's whole wheat (which is not stated anywhere on the menu) and gives it just a kind of funny taste. Ie. not fatty & buttery. My friend only scraped off the filling.. I'm somewhat of a trash compactor and ate the rest, but I have very low standards for what I'll put in my mouth =)
Gotta give props to these guys because it WAS about 10:10pm on a Monday night (they close at 10pm). They had actually already put away most of their kitchen ingredients but were nice enough to whip out the goods for my burger + crepe. They cooked it fast too. Might attest for the quality of the crepe.
Also they were cleaning up the place while my friend and I were still sitting around chatting til at least 10:30 or 10:45pm. They were cleaning up and putting away chairs around us but never once made us feel unwelcome. Don't worry, we didn't overstay our welcome - we left when it was pretty clear they were really closing up for good. -

If I could give Frjtz a 2.5 star rating I would. Just know that up front.
Since I moved to San Francisco nearly a year and a half ago, a good friend of mine raved about Frjtz- saying it was a "must try." After much procrastination on both our parts, we finally met up for lunch on Saturday afternoon to nosh at one of her favorite lunch spots.
Before venturing to Hayes Valley, I thoroughly scanned the menu. I'm rather indecisive, and I certainly didn't want to be the cause of a long line if I could help it! (Note: I don't believe the Hayes Valley location is featured on the Frjtz website- I think I was bummed that white couches were not in abundance!)
Whatever I ordered, I don't see it on the online menu. Which is a bummer- because the one I wanted to order (the Da Vinci + chicken) wasn't on the board or printed menu at Frjtz. Not wanting to cause a fuss, I ordered a crepe with basil, tomato-based sauce, and chicken sausage.
My crepe was, in 3 words, fair, interesting, dry. The crepe itself came out brown, rather than that crave-worthy golden color. While I liked the basil and marina combination, the chicken sausage was CHICKEN APPLE, which put a really strange twist on the whole thing. I ate because I was hungry, but not because I loved it.
On the other hand, the fries at Frjtz were yummy. I really like when fries have a crispy exterior but a soft middle. Loved the Thai Chile Ketchup- but it's nothing I couldn't make at home.
If I was to go again, I'd certainly order something different. My friend raves about the Botero sandwich. Perhaps Frjtz is a place where good food is found, after menu hit and misses. -

With all the fantastic restaurants in Hayes Valley, there's no reason to ever go to this place.
I thought I'd give this place a try because the dipping sauces sounded cool and I love mussels, but I really wish I had gone somewhere else instead. I got the Delphi mussels and the Van Gogh crepe (I usually love butter, lemon, and sugar crepes) and split fries and "white truffle artichoke ketchup" with my friend, who got the Frjtz burger.
It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either. It was completely meh. The ketchup was just that. Plain ketchup. And my mussels came in a gross cloudy, greasy sauce that made me stop eating. The crepe was greenish-brown and didn't taste normal, so if you're looking for your classic dessert crepe, I'd go somewhere else. I really wanted to like it, but I just couldn't. -

I have a little bit of a soft spot for Frjtz. I am hoping the quality hasn't gone down in the many years. I used to come here with extremely close friends in college, now that we're all grown, we have separated a little bit, but I still think of the times we shared on their comfortable couches and fancy-looking food.
The first thing would be obviously, they are pricier than they should be. The quality definitely does not measure up to the price. I feel as if for the same amount of money, you could definitely get better food. With that said, it is worth the try at least once in your life!
The fries were perfectly seasoned and fried nicely, but the real secret is in the dipping sauces which are worth all the hype. No sandwich or crepe they could serve would ever add up to the hype, but the sauce really is imminently delicious. It is wrong, but so delicious that I would lick the cup clean.
You have to find the flavor you will do the same for. I will try to come back to see how they have been doing, until then, just order some fries and sauce. Then keep moving with life. -

With over an hour of waiting time expected at Domo, my friend and I decided to run over to Frjtz in order to avoid gnawing at our own fingers for sustenance.
Curious as to it's namesake, we decided to split a large order of the Frites accompanied with the Habanero Cranberry Ketchup and Lemon Saffron Aioli.
The fries were exactly what you'd get at a Dairy Queen or Sonics while the supposedly orgasm-inducing condiments were nothing more than glorified ketchup and mayonnaise.
Don't get me wrong, we managed to pound down the grease laden offering of carbohydrates but I couldn't help but walk out feeling a bit duped... -

Maybe it's coincidence, or I'm just crazy. Either way, this location serves far better examples of the same menu selections that the one in the Mission (18th and Valencia).
The Rivera salad is awesome (check out the picture of it on their homepage....DAMN!) and the frjtz are excellent.
The prices are a little steep for what you are getting and the decor is obnoxious, but otherwise this place is legit. -

This is about the Hayes Valley location, but I imagine it applies to the other(s), since the menu looked standard.
Three of us went, and we all had a different dish: an omelette, savory crepes, sweet waffle. Portions were very small, especially as related to the price. The "goat cheese and tomato, etc." crepe tasted like cardboard, and there was hardly anything to it.
The sweet pears waffle tasted about as good as you'd expect at IHop.
The omelette I didn't taste, but it was tiny.
Won't go back. -

No like-y!
When someone exclaims, "this is the worst meal i've ever had in san francisco", I had to take note. Also, I took two bites of my Van Gogh crepe, which resembled a square, rubbery manila envelope.
I observed a gross end slice of tomato and some grey looking hamburger patties. Presentation was lacking. Food was not good.
The wine is not terrible.
Hit or Miss, I've been here and enjoyed the crepes, but everyone didn't eat much and did not take anything to go. -

The fries are pretty tasty & they have like almost 30 different dipping sauces. The sweet potato fries tasted good with the pesto mayo.
The crepes are delicious! Soft & moist. Not too sweet. You can't go wrong with Nutella, bananas & whipped cream. The Hopper has pears, Nutella, almonds and whipped cream - super yummy! -

I went to Frjtz about 6 years ago and had positive memories about the paninis, salads, and fries. I recently went back using a Facebook coupon.
I ordered the Miro savory crepe (prosciutto, black olive tapenade, tomatoes and mozzarella). The crepe was flavorless and the filling was really salty. It was inedible. We took a few bites and couldn't bring ourselves to finish it. I can't even remember the last time that had happened to me.
We also ordered the River salad (chopped cabbage , bbq chicken, jicama, black beans, yellow corn, avocados, tomatoes, onions, fried tortilla chips tossed with a lemon goat cheese dressing). The Tex-Mex foundation of this salad had promise, but the lemon goat cheese dressing was an odd pairing. This was also left unfinished.
The fries and nutella crepe were just ok. Surprisingly lackluster for something they claim to be famous for.
Overall, Frjtz might be worth a stop if you're in the Hayes Valley area and want a quick snack (fritz or dessert crepe), but choose wisely. -

Having been in SF for several days, Amanda M. and I were having great difficulty finding food that wasn't 1) crazy expensive and 2) didn't suck. We had turned to Yelp and still struck out. Finally we got a recommendation (and a ride) from a local and ended up at Frjtz. We loved the wallpaper and the chandeliers and clever sculptures. I did notice that the booths and benches did seem a little worn out in the front of the restaurant.
I ordered the Basquiat without onions, my friend ordered a salad. We shared an order of fries with chipotle remoulade and an aoli (I don't remember which). The fries were very, very good. I devoured my sandwich in about 2 minutes. I love that it was essentially 2 open-faced sandwiches. My friend made good on her salad, despite the fact that she hates vegetables. Success! -

Very much to my chagrin, the fries were greasy and limp and had absolutely no flavor. Good thing we got the dipping sauces, right??? Wrong! The sauces were truly terrible, nothing more than slightly altered ketchup with no real flavor of their own.
The place was very dirty too. There was ketchup all over the condiment counter and the bathrooms were filthy. I was very disappointed and will not be back =( -

This place in terms of quality in food have definitely gone down, way down.
I first dined at Frjtz fries about 7 years ago when they still had their small location in Fisherman's Wharf in Ghirardelli Square. Food was superb and I always went back whenever I could. When they moved I tracked down the new location on Valencia and it wasn't as good as I remember, but it was a pass in my book. I decided I needed to try out the Hayes location and it was the biggest disappointment in all of my frjtz experiences.
The fries came out dry and charred. I remembered these fries to be crispy, moist and full of flavor. What happened? You've lost your touch and charm and I don't think I'll ever come back to this location. Maybe I'll give the Valencia location another try... maybe... -

the best part of this place isn't the fritz, it's the steamed mussels. the two times I had mussels there, they were always nice, big and juicy. It beats the steamed mussels at any nice restaurants I've ever eaten at. you can also get different flavors for the mussels, same for their fritz. other food is solid, so definitely a good place to grab a bite at.
