I LOVE FCUK. It is my favorite place to buy dresses. This location however is horrible.
The salespeople here are ridiculously snobbish, and holier-than-thou. I generally say hello when I enter a store. On my last visit, the girl didn't even look at me, loudly speaking on her cell phone. No one helped me, even looked at me or offered to help. When you DO ask for something its like a total bother. And these are not teenagers by any means, but women. Customer Service professionals.
Last summer I tried on 2 dresses for a wedding, in a size 6 and an size 8. The 6 fit slightly better, albeit a little tight. (Their sizing varies greatly and depends on the cut) I thought I could lose a couple of pounds and it would be perfect. The girl looked at me, looked at the size, at me (up and down) and said something like "um, you wanted to take the 6 not the 8? Are you SURE?" with snarky attitude. I was appalled.
