I went in here just to browse for a new sewing machine. Their list prices were a tiny bit lower than the other stores I had been into (ie. Pfaff on Granville) plus they have bonus addons like needles and thread included with the machines.
The staff were helpful and nice and set me up a machine to try. It was a bit annoying that all the machines were not plugged in and ready to try, you need to ask them to set up each one that you want to demo.
If I end up buying a machine I will update my review for their machine support and deal-making.
