This vintage shop is an absolute gem! The jewelry and accessory selection is amazing and prices are really reasonable. From costume jewels to vintage designer shades, this place always has something amazing. It' got a low key vibe with just one employee working and who is great to chat with about all things vintage awesomeness. I attribute the store's wonderful selection to it's unusual location. Gerrard and Parliament is exactly known for its quality vintage goods but Foxy is changing that one fabulous piece at a time

I would not have found this store if I hadn't been on a leisurely photo walk in the area.

It's a strangely located vintage store, on uninspiring Gerrard, close to the less quaint part of Cabbagetown, in an area which doesn't get much foot traffic unless you're stumbling away from the Gerrard Street Beer Store. At that stage of your afternoon, I don't suppose vintage shopping is a top priority.

Like most vintage joints, it has the feel of a 1920s parlour with the content of an unexplored basement wardrobe. I found a few things I liked, but besides the discount rack up front, the prices seemed a bit high for what I was willing to spend. I suppose lack of competition drives up the prices?

Still, I'd go back if I ever found myself lost in Cabbagetown again. Maybe by that time, the little yellow plaid button-up number will have moved its way to the $10 rack.

They need  to get rid of the horrible sales girl with the fire-engine red hair. She has a bad attitude and is very condescending. She made me feel awful and ruined my whole day. Too bad, as I live so close and love shopping vintage. I'll take my business elsewhere.
