I think this is one of the last honest mechanics around, I don't have much trouble with my car so I seldom have to come to him but every time I come I get an honest opinion. I knew my breaks were getting bad and I needed new ones, I went to three local mechanics and got told that I need to replace all four breaks and rotors and got a quote of $800 - $900.-
Then I came to my mechanic for an oil change and asked him to have a look at the breaks to. He told me the front ones need to be replaced but I can easily get another 5000km out of them before they need to be replaced and that the back ones are worn around 50% and that I still have a lot of life on them!! Look at that!!
He will always give you some good options and tell you honestly what is really wrong with the car. Even when sitting in the waiting room and talking to other customers they all have the same opinion of this place!!
