Another good time at hte Four Points! This location is fairly new, has better than decent food in the restaurant-bar, and nice golf course. Unfortunately for the hotel, there weren't many people staying there when we visited so I'm guessing they are losing a fair bit of money on the maintenence cost of the course and hotel o_O
The scented flowers in the lobby ARE a little overpowering but otherwise the stay was totally pleasant.
However, if you're visiting Quebec for a few days and have a car rental, you should definitely consider this place! A nice getaway from the overly touristy areas of downtown/Vieux Quebec and only a 20 minute drive to those places. -

The location is not the best if you want to be in the City but it's a short drive if you have a car. I would not recommend staying here if you don't have a car though. The staff were fine and we had no service problems. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and included a large bathroom, living room, and bedroom. As it's a Four Points property, the accommodations were nice but not glamorous, which was fine by us. The wireless is free, which is how it should be everywhere. We arrived in the evening after a long drive and went to the restaurant for dinner, but realized it was way too over the top for our tastes (lots of overpriced gamey meat!) We didn't have any language issues but I did witness issues another guest was having when we were checking out. The property looks nicer online than it did in person, the grounds right around the hotel are nice but there's a large construction area and the highway right nearby so the views were lame. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you don't want to be right in the center of QC and want a good mid-priced hotel.
