This would have been a 5-star review if it wasn't for the banging doors early in the morning. This hotel has paper-thin walls and the room doors shut by themselves after you open the door and walk out. The problem with this is that they slam loudly, and you can hear slamming doors a lot, particularly in the mornings when people are leaving. Don't even think about sleeping in.
We had a great experience at this hotel other than the thin walls. We used a Groupon and got a free bottle of wine and appetizer, vouchers for the Seneca Niagara Casino, and savings cards for the Fashion Outlet Mall nearby. The outlet mall card was pretty useless, but between the nice hotel, winning money at the casino, and free wine and appetizers, we definitely felt we got a good deal. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel has free wi-fi, and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place if you are heading to Niagara Falls. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. -

We stayed there in July for several nights. The location is good and the rooms are nice. There are no safes in the rooms (would be helpful to secure passports) and ice machines are on every other floor and take a long time to work. Staff are helpful and special thanks to the tour consultants. They are friendly and are great resources for anything in the area.
Ditto on parking. If you can walk there is parking across the street for $10/night. We first parked in the casino lot. If you get a free PAC card and play the machines that day, you can drive out for free. It's quite a distance from the hotel though.
Check your bill before you leave; they add charges for room items you may not use.
The lobby and elevators can get very busy. Overall a nice place to stay. -

Great alternative to staying in Niagara Falls Canada. I used my SPG points to redeem the stay for free, it was 3000 points only. It should be around $90-100 per night if paying cash, this is way cheaper than staying in Niagara Falls in Canada boarder, which is normally $130-$140 at least and then you have to pay $20 for parking. Parking is free at this Four Points. Free wi-fi in your room as well, you will have to pay extra $20 if you stayed at Sheraton Niagara Falls, Canada!
I do have to admit that the area is a little getto. But the whole Buffalo is more or less the same. It is located right off the highway, beside the bridge. The area has absolutely nothing else but this stand alone hotel. All other stores on the street were closed down and boarded. Parking lot was very bright, and got bright white lights covering their entire parking lot., although I don't see any security guards. There are no other facilities outside of the hotel building, not even a park, or path along the river, which is pretty sad and looks even more creepy. However, the interior of the hotel looks amazing. (I can't tell if Sheraton group bought out an old hotel and did a very good job in renovation or they built a completely new building there, but I"m betting on the former). Automatic sliding glass door, gas fire place, wooden-like flooring, lime stones walls... we get to stay on the SPG Preferred guest floor....we got the river view room. The bathroom is super small, but not a big deal to us. Two free bottles of water. Everything is very clean, which matters the most.
Last comment is the wall between rooms are too thin, they don't have any sound proof at all, we can hear two people talking from the next room, also, some customers were banging the doors early in the morning too. -

Great hotel. It is definitely in a ghetto area but the hotel is well maintained. I loved the interior decor, room and the service. Since it is in Buffalo area, it is not so expensive but the amenties are impressive, I would definitely stay here again. Specially, if i am taking a flight from BUF airport. Great option for Canadians who are taking an early flight out of Buffalo.

We happened upon this hotel after searching for hotels with a view of the falls. Let me tell you straight up that all those hotels are way overpriced. Four Points was about $70 a night. We didn't have a full view, but we had a view of the falls from our room on the 11th floor. So anything from there or higher will get you a view. The tour information lady was extremely helpful. We needed a wheelchair and they helped explain where to go to get around the town. We were only in Niagara Falls for one day, so we got the tour and it was well worth it. VIP access to all the sights (behind the falls, ride on Maid of the Mist, trip to the top of Skylon, the flower clock, plus a bunch of other things).
The beds are fantastic, the rooms have lots of space and the bathrooms are wonderful. Will stay here again for sure! -

When you first arrive, the neighborhood looks a little shady, and the exterior of the Four Points is deceiving, but inside...is really nice. The concierge and the front desk attendants are very nice and helpful. There is a bar and restaurant that over looks the river. The entire hotel is decorated in a contemporary design. The rooms are clean and the beds are dressed with down comforters and tons of pillows. Originally we selected Four Points because it was the only hotel in the general Niagara Falls area with queen beds, but when we come back we'll be choosing it for the excellent service, the cleanliness, and wonderful pillows.

This hotel was just okay. It was a little annoying that we paid $20 mandatory valet parking and then saw the valet park the car right next to the entrance. Next, the water in the shower was barely warm. And what put me over the edge was the fact that it was a holiday, I was on vacation and housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:40am. No joke. Then they came back at 9:30. W-T-F!?! The good points are the location, and the view of the falls. The room was also nice, big, clean and the staff was nice.
