This is the second time we've stayed here.  Overall, everyone was friendly and the hotel was nice, but it was nothing special.

It does connect to the casino, which was a plus.

Expectation was NOT what we got.

You would think with the name 4 points by Sheraton that you'd be staying a 4 star rated hotel??  me thinks not!

We reserved a King size, FALLS view room and what we got was a KING size, Semi Falls view room.  eh?  I would expect that a VIEW of the falls is the reason for extra money that you'd actually have a full view of the falls?? Nope our view was hindered by trees and buildings.  This room number was 1414 and was NO where near a 4 star rated room.  I would give this room a 2 star rating as the decor was mediocre with hints of needing to be remodeled.  Our A/C did not work correctly as we had to literally BANG on the side of it to start the compressor!  The bathroom was TINY and if you were seated on the toilet you would NOT be able to open or close the door TINY!!

Be prepared to pay an addtional $20/day if you want to actually park your car (valet) on site or you can pay $12 to park it yourself across the street??  ACROSS THE STREET??  Really???

The only reason I would ever stay here is the access to the Falls View casino.  A nice little walkway and your there.

Had to spend $5 for a bottle of water plus TAXES upon TAXES?? on bottled water??

I can't give it a worst rating as this hotel wasn't bad, but for the price it should have been a lot better!!

Fairly easy to find after you clear through Canadian Customs on the rainbow bridge.  3 right hand turns and ta dah it's there!

LOVED this place! The hubby and I were in route back home from Kitchener (Ontario) to Ohio when we wanted to stay the night along Niagara Falls, on the Canadian side. We first chose the Hampton Inn, but it was on the other side of the street with no view of the falls. We quickly checked Yelp and online and found Four Points by Sheraton. At first it was hard to find, so luckily the gentleman at the Hyatt told us a way to get to the hotel.

We quickly checked in and also saved some money by being AAA members. In honesty, the room and the view was fabulous!! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negative about the room was that the bathroom was REALLY small. Yeah, small. You barely had enough room to fit 2 people let alone one person!  But if we come back to Niagara Falls again, we will definitely stay here.

We checked in, saw the room and checked out immediately. The a/c did not blow strong or cold. The room stunk. We left.

TV didnt work, very fuzzy.  They receptionist was vague. We were there for 30 minutes trying to figure out where there parking lot was after talking to him still couldnt figure it out.  While showering you cant flush or use the water in the room or you will get a flash of cold water. They didnt tell us how to use the WI FI, while waiting on hold with reception for 10 min I found a buisness card sized paper that had the wifi information on it.  Being a tourist this is a terrible place to stay.  At comfort Inn I got better service, they tell you about parking, wifi, places to stay and the hours of things during check in.

Bed was extreamly cozy and the view was great.

Newer hotel, under construction, somewhat hard to find.  No signs other than the make-shift signs that were obscured by their plain style.  Difficult layout with confusing twists and turns getting to the elevator from the very small check-in lobby. The lobby/elevator problems will hopefully be alleviated once the construction is complete.

Room and beds clean and brand new.  We were in room 826 which is a designated handi-capable, wheelchair room.  The bathroom was not very well planned, the shower stall is an open stall with only a fabric curtain.  One drain is in the shower area itself, and there is another drain just outside in the sink area.  Stepping out from the shower is a slight incline/decline for the wheelchair to roll up and down from.  The slope is somewhat too slight, so the water that SHOULD be entering the second drain simply pools around it.  You are essentially stepping into a puddle in the middle of the bathroom once a shower has been taken.  We had to keep throwing towels over the puddle to soak it up.  This essentially ruined our experience,  we were only staying one night and the shower issue was not discovered until right before we were going to bed and we all (hubby and two kids) had taken a shower.

I have been to other Four Points which are mostly new and this one was our most disappointing stay.  If you book here, make sure its not one of the special needs rooms!  I think it would be better in one of their standard rooms.

It's not a fancy hotel at all. However, they have really good pricing and have just the essentials for a trip. They don't have great views really, but if you're going to Niagara Falls mainly for the sights and attractions around, I suggest you choose this place unless you want to enjoy the view from your hotel room and feel a little pampered

When deciding on where where to stay in Niagara Falls I used yelp & Trip Advisor to make my decision, I felt I needed to follow up and report how it was. I was skeptical after reading many reviews on Trip Advisor and yelp. Let me stay I am glad I stayed here was clean and friendly staff.

My wife and I had a good stay on a recent trip, the staff was very friendly every employee I encountered was pleasant and accompanying. We had a room on the 7th floor and was new and modern decor room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice with a walk in shower.

On sight parking was directly across the street and only $10 not bad, not sure why many people complain about it. Short walk to the falls from hotel. Also nice to be able to walk to car and drive to out to dinner and what not.

My only complaint was the Wi Fi, it did not work at all!, this was one of the reasons I choose to stay here, I went down to the front desk and was supplied some router bridge and did'nt have any luck with it.

Surprisingly a good experience. I booked a city view room and was upgraded to fallsview room upon arrival on a SATURDAY! A SHOCK! The rooms were very nice with quality furniture for a hotel room. Great to be on the 17th floor where the rooms seemed to be upgraded/nicer.  Restroom had lovely Kohler commode and sink and granite countertop. All very clean. the 2nd most comfortable hotel bed in my experiences.

A rowdy group coming in at 3 a.m. did wake us, but I don't feel the hotel can be blamed.

Wi-Fi available allegedly , but VERY SLOW... I mean,  S.L.O.W.!

Hotel is in the center of the city and within walking distance to all attractions. A portion of the hotel is under construction, but never posed as an inconvenience.

Skywalk From this hotel to the Casino directly across the street.

You absolutely MUST experience Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse... the man in your life will love you forever!

A downside for this city: No night life other than Saturday nights. Bars close very early every other day.

       Overall, a great stay!

I typically stay at Marriotts, Courtyards and Hilton hotels.  On special occasions, I'll stay at boutique hotels.  Since our visit to Niagara Falls was for 4 nights, I decided to opt for the Four Points Sheraton.  We made our online reservation several months in advance.   I noted that we were celebrating our anniversary and it was our first visit to Niagara Falls; I asked for any comps or upgrades if available.  I received an email reply stating that this request was noted.  I was hoping to get upgraded, since a previous Yelper was lucky.  We weren't as fortunate.  Also, the front desk messed up our reservation - had us in 2 Queens instead of 1 King.  They fixed it, when I corrected them.  When we checked out, they charged us incorrectly as well.  I again corrected them and the front desk fixed it.   The front desk was good about quickly correcting errors, but it was just kind of annoying.

The hotel offers a shuttle that drives around the area.  There's a $5 charge (WTF).  We paid approx. $900 for 4 nights = $225/night.  And you're telling me that you can't comp a $5 shuttle?  Seriously?  OK.  We didn't get any gift cards or restaurant coupons or discounts either.  It wasn't really part of our hotel room package, but I was still a bit disappointed.

The elevators are fairly slow; luckily, we were on the 2nd floor, so we just took the stairs.  Much quicker.  The walls seemed very thin - we could hear (very clearly) when people walked by.   But, it wasn't Las Vegas - so it's not like there were drunkards singing down the halls at 3AM.

You get one free bottled water a day.  And the free WiFi internet worked just fine.  I even streamed a few videos while in the room (Korean Drama addiction fed by http://www.DramaFever.com).  There's an indoor walkway to a casino and the Hilton hotel (which has the Brasa Brazilian Buffet).  This was useful when it started raining.

Overall, the sheets were clean, the water pressure was fine, the AC was working fine, it was a decent walk to the falls and Clifton Hill (approx. 10-15 min), and across the street from Tim Hortons (for a cheaper/faster alternative to IHOP).   Plus, we weren't in Niagara Falls to stay in our hotel.  We got a decent night's sleep.

But, I would not opt to stay here again.

I recently decided to take a quick inexpensive trip to Niagara Falls, ON.

I got a great midweek deal ($65 a night) to stay at the new Four Points (I think it used to be a Radison). I was very concerned it was going to be a dump after seeing some reviews elsewhere, but was pleasantly surprised.   It has only been a Four Points for three months so ignore any reviews older than that IMO.

I got an upgrade to a basic Falls View room for my Starwood status, it was not the greatest view, but not bad for the money.  My room was ready at 2PM when I arrived, always good.

The room was neat and clean and the tub and shower had obviously been recently redone.
I saw no sign of bedbugs. (first thing I check for when I get into a room).
They have new Four Points Beds and furniture in the rooms.

Since I booked two nights I also got a $40 gift card to the Keg (overlooking the falls in the Embassy Suites down the street).
Make sure you check their website for specials, I had to ask for this after seeing it on their site.

After staying two nights we added another night at the last minute for $132 (Friday night) and they gave us a card for $20 at Dave and Busters.

All the staff was friendly and helpful., but I would not pay more than $132 to stay here though.
We were going to add Saturday night, but it was 249. No way would I pay 249 to stay here.

You can stay at one of the other two Sheraton's in the area for less than that most of the time.

My only real issue is with parking. It is $20 per day and they only have Valet. I parked across the street in the casino for $15 per entry. Since I left my car there 3 nights it was $15 instead of $60 + tips.
Also if you get a frequent players card and spend $20 at the Casino after 6AM on the day you are leaving your parking is free.

FYI: There is construction going on (I think they are adding rooms) so you will be hearing that after 8AM.
I was up and out by 8Am so not an issue for me, but I have seen complaints about that.

You can't really see the Falls from your room even when you pay for that view.  The rooms are nice, clean, and roomy.

The staff is very helpful.  The internet is not dependable and goes in and out.

The hotel exterior does NOT look like the pics online, there is no large sign...makes it hard to find.  I'd stay here again though...it's in a good location.

Well...let's see.... my wife and I had a great time at this Hotel. It was a good place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff were more than accommodating and extremely friendly to help with anything that came up as far as an issue within the hotel.

Positives: Very Close to all of the attractions within the city limits. we walked to everything within limit.
    Great staff
GREAT JACUZZI in our ROOM... OH MY GOODNESS....WOW...

    Cons:
We "ordered" a high room to see the falls...but were told that there were NONE available except if we PAID and extra 30.00 per night....

then the parking was 20.00 per night (we got a break there for spending more then 6 d night inn the place) the IHOP in the lobby was 3x's as expensive then any store in town...HATED THAT.

...also...there is a TRICKBAG STARBUCKS coffee machine in the lobby where the coffee is $3.00 per cup....LOLOLOL should have been free.

Overall... I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT....

    WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!

We paid for a 'fallsview' room but cannot see the falls.  The room is lopsided  and the valet service is sub par!

    EW!
