When in the 'loops, I usually stay here. Efficient, friendly staff, Globe and Mail daily, and great views if you are facing north as it is on the ridge. Very convenient Ric's Grill located inside the hotel
I have had interesting rooms, from the usual small business traveller room up to the suite with full kitchenette, and one with the jacuzzi (which is very noisy and am afraid I disturb the other guests). Its a Four Points so expect the basic, but not over the top, and sometimes the mouthwash and other extra amenities are a hit/miss. However, I must commend them for in-room free bottle of water and complementary u-brew coffee. Great touch, even the Four Seasons in Toronto doesn't provide that!
Haven't checked out the gym or room service.
