I been letting my eyebrows grow in again after The Brow House on Queen kept waxing them thinner and thinner with each visit. It's been about a month and i just couldn't take it anymore, especially when putting on makeup ..something looks dirty on your face when your eyebrows are unruly. I left the house 20 minutes ago and now I'm back home typing this. It took literally 5 minutes to get it done, they are perfect!!! NO pain, no redness and all that for $5 bucks. I gave her a fiver for tip. Will be back again.
By the way the Brow House charges $25 for a wax/shaping I have bought packages since last year. Spent about $300 on eyebrows and one time I had a tinting done for an extra $30 dollars it lasted 3 days and then the greys were back, no compensation for that. They also charged me $25 extra for a missed appt that i did call in and say i couldn't make but since it wasn't in the 24 hour period i had to pay. I still had $50 on my package in the bank but they wouldn't take the $25 from that I had to pay cash for the missed appt. that just took the cake bye bye brow house. i have one more eyebrow on my package if anyone would like it send me a message and you can have it for free. -

I did not enjoy my experience here at all.
First of all, when I came in (about 3 PM on a Wednesday) it looked like the place was closed. It was completely deserted and even appeared a bit dingy and unsanitary.
The girl at the reception desk was on her cell phone for about ten minutes while I sat down and waited. Finally she got up and came over with the threading supplies. Don't mean to cast judgments but she looked like she was about 18 years of age so my immediate thought was how much experience could she really have.
Surely enough, the result was terrible. The thickness was fine but the shape was poor and didn't look very clean.
It must have been a bad day/time as there did not seem to be anyone professional at this location.
I will most definitely NOT be going back there.

Went back today for a threading touchup and Sharon was a bit friendlier this time. Maybe it's cause she was rockin' out to a Bollywood mashup of Nelly & Kelly Rowland's "Dilemma", I dunno?

Uhm...new threader alert! NAVI....FINALLY!!!!!!! my eyebrows are perfect and I didn't even mention not to go too thin. She's got a great eye for shape and she's gentle. She's truly the best I've had and I've had pretty much everyone employed here have a go at these bad boys and have never been quite as satisfied. ALSO, really, really nice! Like, really nice and professional! Give her a big tip 'cause it's still cheaper than anywhere else! Look at me!!! I'm soooo pretty! :)
