This place gets ZERO stars. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my mother via FTD, and what she recieved was downright rotten flowers and when she contacted the florist to complain they were downright rude. Check out their website and see their "Satisfaction Guarantee":

They promise a lot and don't deliver. Don't do business with them. Their service is as rotten as their flowers. -

I completely agree with the review given by the previous person.
This place gets ZERO stars. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my mother from their website directly, and what she recieved was a downright pathetic arrangement. And when I contacted the florist to complain they were downright rude and for a refund of $105 (she got FIVE roses for that price), they wanted to go and pick up the flowers from my mom - no reputable florist will do this but will apologize AND refund or send another arrangement.. They finally sent a 'bouquet' without a vase even after I argued my original order called for a vase. And the bouquet was pathetic as well, miniature flowers. And NO refurnd! Their "Satisfaction Guarantee" is a joke!!!
They promise a lot and don't deliver. Don't do business with them. Their service is as rotten as their flowers. As is their English!!!! And the manager's name is KEN who was extremely rude and never did apologize! Don't waste your money with this one.
