Located on the SEARS side of Richmond Centre. Some nearby stores: Apple, Tim Hortons, & Roots.
I LOVE this store. Afforadable and fashional clothing for women :) They also have a range of selection for accessories and shoes. If you are not looking to spending much, this the perfect place to buy tanks, tees, leggings, dresses, rompers, cute tops, etc!
MUST try on their clothing before buying, they have an exchange only or store credit policy. Their sizes vary from style to style.
The only downside, the fitting room line can be long, especially on weekends! :( -

I like ForeverXXI for their clothes and accessories. It will be better if I buy them online though because I dont get any good services at their locations. I'm giving this store 3 stars because their location is a lot neater and organized compared to other forever21 locations and they had some of the stuff that are out of stock in metrotown.
I'm deducting 2 stars because of 2 important things which is SERVICE & QUALITY. I dont expect the best quality here of course but it's not THAT cheap either. Im not talking about their clothes, their clothes are fine. Im talking about some of their accessories. I bought a watch there for $23+ and went home only to find out that the lock for the watch is broken! How am i supposed to wear it now? I wasnt able to test it in the store because the alarm thing was attached there so you wont be able to close it. Now can I return it? NO. All accessories are final sale. Can I at least exchange it for a working one? NO. Boo. The watch still works though, but I wouldnt want to use it as a pocket watch, would you?! Plus, it has those 3 small dials in the watch, one for seconds and the other two I forgot what for. But either way, Apparently those are just design. They dont work and I guess they're not supposed to in this watch. Oh and don't give me that "oh it was just a $23 watch, what do you expect" crap. I bought a watch from shoppers and it only cost me $12 and after 2 years of using it daily it's still working and not a scratch on it. Also bought 3 for $15 dollar watches in Ardene before and they work fine too.
The next thing is service. We all know customer service is very important. When I was shopping there, i was in a hurry looking for specific things because the mall is about to close in 20mins. But I guess the staff are too lazy to help out customers because it's closing time. I walked around looking for someone to help me, no one's around except for the cashier. When i did find someone, TOTALLY NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. All I got was a "sorry we dont have anymore, whatever's there is what we have, none at the back". first of all, that wasnt the answer I was looking for. I was asking if they had any ring with a turquoise rock and i asked other things. I was hoping she would HELP ME find it but nooo she gave me like a "go find it yourself in that pile of rings we dont have anymore at the back and Im busy trying to look busy fixing hangers" :|. She didnt even smile or ask if everything was going alright. Dont they train these people? Sheesh. Even mcdonalds give better service than them.
I dont usually ask for help or service when Im shopping but this time Im in a hurry and am looking for something specific. And I wouldnt be so mad about the watch if their service was outstanding.
Bad service + went home with a broken watch that cant be returned/exchanged. I hope they sell their watches in boxes in the future like they do in Aldo Accessories to keep them unscratched and intact. -

This is my go-to place for finding the latest trends at a decent price. You can find everything in this store: All types of clothing, accessories, bags, shoes, undies, bras, make-up, socks.. you name it! Also, there are different sections in the store that have a unique collection of clothes style: Classy, Trendy, Retro, Feminine, Casual, etc. There's a men's section as well, though it's pretty small but there's still some good items.
Make sure to allot a good amount of time to browse the store because there's so many items you have to be pretty meticulous to make sure you get your eyes on everything. I usually spend a good hour in here.
Change rooms are spacious, illuminated well and there's a mirror in your stall. Look out for the *Clearance area near the change rooms too!
Line-ups look long but they're good with keeping an eye on the crowd and they can open up to 6 cashiers at one time.

Forever 21 is the mecca of cheap, trendy threads and I would make the trek to metrotown every couple months to stock up. I've been really unimpressed with the selection at this location. It's a lot smaller and nothing is even remotely organized. Plus there is more clothing on the floor than on the racks. I would much rather trek out to Metrotown than shop here.

A recent addition to the newly revamped section of Richmond Center, this is one of the smaller Forever 21s that I've seen.
They carry women's and men's clothing, as well as accessories. With the shop being so small, the layout of the place is a little weird. The women's section is divided.
Here, you can find clothes for the younger clientele, and an occasional good find. It's not the best quality, hence the low prices. Basics, jackets, dresses, jeans...basically they have all catergories covered. I'm here more for their accessories. -

I heart Forever 21. I have been a fan since travelling to Seattle to go shopping. The prices are so reasonable - dirt cheap for most items. The selection is huge. Although this store is smaller than Metrotown's, I prefer it because it is not as busy :) It is more well kept and clean - kind of hidden near Sears and Sport Check area. The staff are really friendly - greeting and change rooms. Although I did have one frustrating experience when the manager would not exchange an item I purchased on-line because the sku # was different, which was not my problem. The description, price, size, and everything else was the same. Also I later found out that it was a common problem they were experiencing with on-line receipts.....duh. The manager FINALLY did exchange it making it seem like it was a huge deal and one time only thing. I am sure they can over ride things manually all the time and if a customer brings in an item that looks more than legit enough, I think you should be a bit more pleasant and accommodating.
My only peeves are like mentioned by others, no refunds. Also, the sizing is so dependent on the item. I range from XS to M depending on the cut and style, mind you I am a 34D. This is why I do need to exchange on-line purchases because I can't try them on. However, on-line has tons more selection and availability!
