Nothing like going in to pick up a $500 flower order before my sister's wedding only to experience some of the absolute worst customer service imaginable.
There were 2 ladies working, neither were at all friendly or courteous. When I looked at the purchase order to make sure I had all of the flower arrangements they ordered, they didn't help at all. I'm sorry but I'm not a flower expert and had no idea what I was looking at and this made this process impossible for me.
After that, neither offered to help carry any of the arrangements to my vehicle or help me even carry them off of the shelf. When I arrived at the church it was pointed out to me that several of the flowers in the main centerpiece hadn't blossomed yet so it ended up having several closed 'buds'.
Do not buy here!
