Oh FYI, what would I do without you? I was going to give this place only three stars, but then realized that if three guys can dump over a G-Note in this place in one night, it must be a pretty good spot, no?
Sure, it's got naked women and $10 drinks, but at least it's done with a bit of class. The girls don't just walk up to you with a blank stare asking "You VANT DANCE!?!?!" in an Eastern Euro accent. They earn their dances. It's really a nice mix between a place like The Brass Rail (where you're being harassed for dances) and Whiskey A-Go-Go (where it's more like a show -- picture Fight Club). You can go there and watch or you can go there and get rubbed on -- the choice is yours!
The best thing about this place is the location. It's in a fantastic spot for last call at a bachelor party/birthday. Oh yeah, ask for the "last half hour" special. BLING! -

A night out with the guys usually ends up at such an establishment. Reasonably priced drinks and a motley crew of naked women are the highlights you will see... For Your Eyes Only.
*** DRINKS ***
Drinks are reasonably priced for a strip club. I ordered a bottle of Heineken. One of my friends ordered a Black Russian but the waitress said that they ran out of milk and cream. I thought this was strange because a place like this should have freshly squeezed milk.

*** SERVICE ***
* Bouncers *
The bouncers wear white dress shirts for the most part. One of them was wearing a "SECURITY" jacket. They are polite with a rough exterior just to keep you in place and let you know that they will hurt you if necessary. There was a sign at the front stating, "Please wait to be seated". We waited around aimlessly until a bouncer told us to seat ourselves.
* Coat Check *
The coat checker was an old lady who didn't seem to interested in anything. She simply asks for your coats and gives you a ticket. She didn't seem too happy.
* Waitresses *
The waitresses are very nice and quick. They come by to ask if you want anything to drink after about 1-2min after sitting down. They are not too fussy about getting payment immediately. They look good too, which is a shame since they're not strippers.
* Strippers *
The women here rank anywhere from 5-7 out of 10. It seems that all the good strippers are upstairs with other clients. The women are willing to sit and talk for a while, though some are a little more pushy and will quickly ask for a dance. One of the better looking strippers gave a dance to my friend but she didn't take off her thong, just her bra. The strippers come from different ethnic backgrounds, though most are local and they come in different shapes and sizes.
*** ATMOSPHERE ***
The club looks very busy. There are several clients on the main floor in front of the stage and upstairs. The main floor has lots of reflective surfaces. There are mirrors at the back of the stage and the floor is surrounded with glass rooms where private dances take place. There is a disco ball attached to the ceiling, but it either isn't used or doesn't work. There are a lot of red lights on the stage. The seating consists of small chairs with padded pleather and some round couches also with padded pleather. The overall decor was typical, a bit cheesy and lacked classiness.
*** PRICE ***
Prices for drinks are reasonable. The lap dance prices are standard. The private room (Romper Room) prices are pretty good.

*** EXPERIENCE ***
Considering that I came here on a Wednesday night, I probably shouldn't expect too much. This experience was just okay. The biggest disappointment was the lack of beautiful women. There were some, just not enough and not on the main floor. The decor isn't the best but the pricing is definitely good. This might be worth revisiting on a Friday night.Listed in: Grin and bare it!

Yay! All my dreams have come true. I'm finally getting to live out my life long ambition of reviewing a strip club.
For Your Eyes Only is located on the corner of King Street West and Portland and I swear, you could pass it and not even know what it is. Unlike most exotic dancing locations in Toronto, this place doesn't plaster up posters of half dressed girls all over their doors and windows. In fact the front of the place is pretty much entirely black. Who would have thought.... a strip club that understands subtly?
Anyway the place inside is your average, run of the mill rippers. Girls dance topless on stage, guys get lap dances upstairs and you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of pinot and a chat about federal politics in the 'lounge'. That is, when you aren't being harassed by your waitress to buy some unidentifiable concoction in a test tube. Or when the servers aren't screaming at each other about which chair belongs to which table and who gets to serve you and your "party". Or when all the cracked-out dancers are standing around looking for some guy to grind up against so they can allegedly "pay their way through college."
For Your Eyes Only is pretty on par with the other strip clubs in the city, and it's in a pretty decent area, which is more than I can say for most of them. You will get harassed to buy drinks, you'll pay a lot for them too and you won't stop being forced to part with your money until you walk out the door. But if you want to see some live nude girls, this is as good a place as any. -

There is something ultra-feminine about For Your Eyes Only. I'm not sure if it's in the abundant pink neon lighting that traces the rim of the second floor VIP and the stage, it's the night club feel, or just the fact it feels so damn girl-friendly, but For Your Eyes has to be the most girly peeler bar in Toronto.
Named for the Bond movie by the same name, the space itself is just gorgeous. It's 5,000 square feet on the main floor with two bars. The main bar is a sunken, semi circle below the half-moon stage. The stage is shiny, lined in pink neon with one brass pole in the middle, and backed by a massive mirrored wall. There are two staircases that descend on the stage from either side, so the girls can walk down when announced from the second floor mezzanine (an additional 3,000 square feet with VIP area and bar). The sound system is one of the best and generally the dancers pick an array of classics (AC/DC, Motley Crue) and new stuff (RnB and Pop).

I'm not exactly a strip bar expert, but I've been to enough of them that I know a good one when I see it. For Your Eyes has the best dancers (and by best I mean good looking and relatively sober at work), the shooters girls are really fun, and not trashy at all and it's the only place in the city where you can go with a big, mixed group and still have a blast. It's not cheap though, not by any means, but strippers are not exactly an area I would cut corners in.

Wow, no other guys have taken the time to review one of Toronto's finest clubs? Maybe that goes to show that For your Eyes Only isn't the #1 choice for men in the city. But when pushes comes to shove, guys will go because they have something that we want - Naked Woman!! And we will pay the $10 cover charge, $5 coat fee (mandatory), and don't forget to tip your lovely host/bouncer that walks you less than 20 feet and demands a tip (he is probably bigger than you, so you might as well tip him!). That's $20 to get to your seat. Unless your looking to join the upstairs lounge for an extra $20. And guess what you get for an extra $20? You get to look like a "big shot". Order up your Crystal while its still in stock!
Beers and drinks are expensive $6-8 plus tip. Shooter girls are annoying, and lets not forget the Girls! Girls! Girls!
Listen, they are pretty decent, some are hotter than others. Some are more natural than others. But I can tell you one thing - Demi Moore isn't going to pop out on stage at anytime, or any other fantasy girl you may have. The girls are pretty good. And yes you might fall in love with one of them, but its probably the $10 Orgasm you just poured down your throat from the Shooter Girl thats giving you that love and feeling!
