Whoa! That was more like a full body massage with some foot soaking thrown in!
This is a quiet, tranquil, open room with comfortable chair/beds lined up in the main room. You start with a foot soak while they massage your face and shoulders. They work on you for what seems like a very long (but amazing) time before even touching your feet. The foot rub was delightful! Then... it doesn't end! You turn over and they rub your back, neck, head, etc. They usually do this over clothes, but I had on a tank top so she massaged my bare shoulders, arms, and neck with oil.
This was such a wonderful ONE HOUR experience... for only $25.
I will be a REPEAT customer. :) It's hard to stop smiling when you feel this relaxed!
I walked-in on a weekday morning. Make an appointment for busier times. And don't forget to tip well... that's hard work! -

Disclaimer: I had a Christmas-granted gift certificate.
Given that, here's what happened: I spoke to a woman at the front desk who seemed to understand some English and motioned me toward the back room. I stood a bit awkwardly, among several wrapped-up reclining bodies (there were six or so flat chairs/beds for clients, all in one room) until another woman instructed me to remove my shoes and socks, and sit down on one of the two available chairs/beds. A male massage therapist/artist/whatever, around my age [25] shook my hand and instructed me to lie back.
The session was full-body, deep, and quite comprehensive. Feet were massaged with oil, everything else through my clothing. As my feet soaked in hot water, I was treated to an assertive shoulder massage. After my feet were taken care of, I was flipped over and given a deep back massage.
Given $25/hr, it was shockingly thorough. It did leave most of my musculature - excepting that of the feet - wanting a vague MORE. I spent much of the time on the chair considering the expertise of the guy giving me the massage, and my own expectation for such a cheap hour of indulgence. And then the level of indulgence that I should expect, given my modest payment. DFW-style, perhaps.
I concluded, in the end, that this session was plain frickin' worth it. -

Not sure there's much I can add to the already great reviews on here. Well worth the $25. I'll definitely be back.

I am a Chinese-American woman and this is a great massage that blends western and eastern techniques. Yes, they do some strange things.. like put their finger in your ear for a brief second; tap on the back of your ear canals; lift your legs about a foot high and then drop it; and a butt massage (by the way, that's my favorite) ... but that's what they do in Chinese massages. So, if you can deal with experiencing some Chinese techniques then you will LOVE this massage. It's very deep tissue. It hurts initially, but you feel great in the end. The foot massage is amazing. The best part is the price.. $25 for an hour.. how can you beat that?!? I give $10 gratuity since they work so hard for the whole hour and the price is so inexpensive that you can afford a bigger tip.
They massage you in a large room with others, but you forget they are there as soon as your massage begins. Make sure you wear comfy clothes since they massage through whatever you are wearing. And your pants should come up past your knees while they soak your feet.
I get a massage once a week. I usually go to their new location in Fishers (Olio and 116th). I bring all my friends and family who visit from out-of-town here and they can't wait to come back to get another one! -

I love this place! Some people have mentioned on here that they didn't get as deep on the muscles as they would have liked. It is okay to ask them to be stronger; or you can ask up front for extra work in the most sore places. I went in there once with a horrible sinus headache, and I shared that with the massage therapist--she spent probably 1/3 of the hour just on my head/ears/neck area, and my headache went away. My only point is that unless you ask for something specialized, they won't know how they can best meet your particular needs/wants. I really enjoy my time here; my girlfriends and I have a monthly get together that starts here.

For $25 bucks, I was thinking it was going to suck something awful (I am from the NYC/Philly area, where one of these costs at least $60 minimum).
Go in, get right into it. O. M. G. Be ready for the good pain of the day. They really get into it - If they weren't pros, there'd be sweat dripping on you. Really deep, really good. $25. I'd def pay $50 for this effort. Go, it's the best chair massage you'll get.
To the bad reviewer, one time drops it to a 1 star after multiple 5 star feelings? People are crazy. If you don't come here, you're doing yourself a disservice. -

For only $25 you get an hour full body massage and a foot soak! No joke...Only 25 bucks. This is not your traditional full body massage by any sense. You are in a room full of other people, fully clothed (I suggest wearing lose fit close, flip flops, and no jewelry), with tranquil sounds all around you. I have had different masseuse/masseur each time that I have gone and I've never been disappointed. The one before is just as the good as the one that I just had. I always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and counting down until the next time that I get to go back. Another suggestion - if you are planning on going during the weekend, it's best to make an appointment. There's never been a time that there have not been people in every chair. If you don't make an appointment, no worries, they are good about working you in to the schedule within 15-20 minutes of your arrival time.

excellent Chinese 'Foot Massage' and great service. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes and then only on a weekend. The scope of the massage is detailed in other people's reviews, so I won't be redundant on that point. The real jewel here is that the massage therapists are VERY good at quickly figuring out what needs work and then working on it. They're sensitive about pain and adjust easily to what you need.
If you've been waiting for someone to tell you that its time to try Foot Finesse, then here you go: "Its time to try Foot Finesse. Do it now." -

It is with great sadness that this business loses all of their stars with me. It was great the first few times I went there, but now I have to say "me thinks not!"
I made appointments for my daughter and I for 3:00 p.m. today. This appointment was made several days ago. We arrived early for our appointments just in case they could take us early, but that wouldn't be the case today. Not only that, but we ended up walking out after waiting 45 minutes.
The woman who runs the front desk totally lied to us. She said we would be in no later than 3:15. Well, excuse me, but I learned basic math in grade school. They have 3 massage beds in one room and 5 in the outer room. That my friends, equals 8. A couple who also had an appointment at the same time as us, practically knocked us down rushing to the door before us and they were taken to 2 of the massage beds...then a party of 5 came in - almost 10 minutes late for their 2:45 appointment - and they were given 5 of the beds. You still with me? That equals 7. 1 bed left...but we were a party of 2. Now, they took everyone between 2:45-3:00. HOW on earth would we get in at 3:15 when the soonest anyone would have been finished is 3:45 p.m. since these were one hour appointments?!
My daughter kept telling the woman we could wait until 3:15 but no later since she had to be somewhere by 4:30. At 3:05, the woman disappeared into the back -- probably because she KNEW we were going to seething -- and never reappeared. 3:15 p.m. came and went and so did we...never to return.
The way I see it, they totally disrepected the fact that we had an appointment. They allowed a party of 5 arrive late and took them anyway, even though we were there early. They say they prefer appointments but take walk ins. But, if they take enough walk ins, then what chance does the poor schmuck that has an appointment have?
Sorry Foot Finesse...I'll take my every 2-3 week business elsewhere. 45 minutes of my time was wasted and you lose out by dissing a person who tips a minimum of 20%. Hope it was worth it to you because you'll never see me at your establishment again.2 Previous Reviews: Show all »

Went there with my wife today, thanks to the reviews here. I was looking for a traditional Chinese foot massage like I had grown to love in California, and this was it! Not to mention this is the best massage deal I've ever had money-wise ($25 for one hour, plus tip of course).
There was a lot of tension in my back and shoulders that she worked through which was painful at the time (a good sign) but soo much better now. There was a lot of focus on the entire body, not just the feet. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her massage as well.
We arrived just after they opened (on a Saturday morning) and they were already packed, so we needed to wait an hour which was no big deal for a walk-in. In hindsight they do take appointments so I will probably make one for next time, as this is a very popular place!
Just a note, they happily took our credit card for payment but did ask if we had cash instead. If you can plan ahead of time for cash they prefer it here. -

The name "Foot Finesse" is a bit misleading for this business - sounds like a shoe store, no? The owners should have named the shop "Best Damn Traditional Chinese Full Body Massage You Can Get For $25!"
I stopped in to Foot Finesse out of curiosity after seeing the foot reflexology poster in its window. That, plus I had time to kill after a business appointment fell through. Suffice it to say I will be back...probably next week!
FF specializes in traditional Chinese massage, which means that much attention is given to the feet. Those familiar with reflexology know that the primary tenet of this modality is that the health and balance of the entire body begins with proper care of the feet.
A session at Foot Finesse begins with a warm foot bath while you recline in a very soft and comfy massage chair - not the traditional massage table most practitioners use, trust me, more like a massage Barcalounger! - and the therapist works on various reflex points in the scalp and ears. Wait, here is a good place to interject that one remains fully clothed, save for shoes and socks, throughout the session. Arms and hands are massaged after the scalp and ears and then, oh then, the therapist will take control of your feet and lower legs, starting with the left side. A combination of compression, effleurage and shiatsu strokes are applied all over your tootsies and lower legs, with the final treat being a rapid succession of percussion and slapping strokes that are guaranteed to revitalize even the most tired, aching dogs out there!
But wait, there's more!!! After both feet and legs are manipulated into a jello-like state - as in relaxed beyond belief - the therapist reclines the chair and flips you onto your belly so that he or she can tackle the kinks in your back, neck, upper legs and butt. The butt work is amazing! Many therapists dare not go there, but the FF pros know that this part of the anatomy is notorious for being tight - yes, sometimes we are all literally and not just figuratively tight-a**es!
The end result? I honestly felt taller and lighter after my session and I'm no newcomer to massage or reflexology. At $25, this has to be the best body treatment bargain in town.
The studio is spacious, minimally and tastefully decorated, and softly lit. Traditional Chinese instrumental music plays in the background to complete the experience.
Note the following, however: be prepared to wait if you don't make an appointment as the word is getting out about FF; many of the therapists speak limited English, so be sure to explain to the receptionist any requests or limits you may have, especially if you are pregnant; and this type of massage is done in a communal setting, so you'll want to be quiet, turn off cell phones, etc.
And finally, pressure on the back and buttocks can be intense, so let your therapist know if it becomes too much for you, don't suffer in silence! -
Review from Jon A.
My first professional massage was a thousand miles away...with waterfalls and hot rocks at a resort in the rockies...which my wallet & body made many "meh" sounds about; I didn't think about getting another massage any time soon. Then, just down the street...up rolls the scuttlebutt of Foot Finesse. For a $25 flat rate I would be guaranteed an hour of full body work. So don't let the name mislead you...they just begin with the feet...and then move on to the back, neck, arms, soul, et cetera.
And Gentlemen...need not be alarmed of an uncomfortable feminine setting...it's all dimly lit...three rooms of huge massage chairs (that could be mistook for man cave seats). There's no chatty kathys that are around...nor are the masseuses interested in you...they're interested in you in a far better fashion: to release stress, to make sure you enjoy your massage. By the end of the hour you'll tip well.
I could see how some may think the massage is a bit hard, but I'm sure they'll take note. For me...I fell asleep for a while. Really...that massage chair is amazing.
Got some pointers from the owner:
weekday walk-ins are welcome...especially Friday nights.
Saturdays she prefers reservations. Sundays too I believe.
I'll be back. When it was said & done I had a serious conversation to begin figuring out how I work this in my weekly budget and schedule.Listed in: The Pampered Man's Perfect…, Peace, man,…, 82nd or 86th?

I never experienced a traditional Chinese foot massage before, but after going last Saturday night I foresee many more in my future. The dimly lit room & quiet music put you in a mellow mood. The warm foot soak while getting your head & upper body worked on was lovely.
An hour massage for $25...you can't beat that!
The only thing I was a little disappointed with (to no fault of the business) was there were a couple of people in the waiting area with babies....who brings babies with you when you get a massage?!?!? Don't get me wrong, I loves me some babies, but now when I'm trying to chill!
Bottom line: check it out!!!! -

I enjoy the atmosphere and they are very good at getting you in if you call to request an appointment. The only change I would recommend to them is that they offer a small blanket instead of a towel, since sometimes you're not always covered up (but since you keep your clothing on, you're not exposed).

Holy _______!
That was my reaction as weeks or months of poor computer-chair posture and sporadic work-outs was hammered out of my tightly-knotted body at Foot Finesse. Don't let the name fool you. The foot is a mere piece of the puzzle at this massage mecca. And finesse, at least on this day, my first visit, was in short supply.
All that to say, having had quality personal massages elsewhere, there were a few things to get used to at this nicely appointed salon.
1) Your massages are provided in an open environment, similar to an open concept hair salon. Craftmatic-style adjustable beds for you to rest on and an odd bucket to stuff your feet in for the first 15 minutes or so. Flat screens with ambient music and soothing lava-nature video are there to set the mellow mood. Maybe 8 people in the room, but nary a peep was heard during the entire 60 minutes.
2) Many of the masseuses will not speak to you but for a word or two. Language could be a barrier, though I had no issues.
3) $25. 60 minutes.
4) Did I mention it is only $25 for a full body massage. One full hour? Recession-buster thank you very much.
5) Take no prisoners. These masseuses probably do not want to hear about your triathlon training or stiff neck - they just get after it with sustained gusto. Knees in back. Snapping the end of your digits. You name it - they pummeled it, then smoothed it out. Keep your head on the hole, lest you tweak your adam's apple during the vigorous body-bapping.
Bottom line: I got home, had a beer and dinner, got the kids to bed, then noodled around a bit and set my head down on the pillow and was out in 1 minute flat. A body soothed. This is a place I will make a regular stop. Don't tell everyone please. -

I had my first visit to Foot Finesse after hearing about it from several friends. While I found the foot soak, foot & leg massage extremely relaxing, the rest of my massage was rough and pain-enducing. It felt like my neck was being kneaded like a ball of bread dough, which led to visible broken blood vessels in my neck two days after my visit.
I would hardly compare a visit to Foot Finesse to an actual massage, by a professional massage therapist. It seems like they go through the same process from client to client, never varying to meet specific client needs. They don't ask if you have any injuries, any problem areas or how you like your pressure. Honestly, this place kind of scares me. I certainly wasn't convinced that the massage therapist working on me knew anything about anatomy, as they applied excessive pressure directly to my knees and spine.
Their website says their staff are licensed and certified massage therapists, but currently, in Indiana, there is no licensing for massage therapists. (There will be next year.)
Yes, it's cheap and relaxing (at some points), but unprofessional (as far as massages go) and lacking the education and knowledge that keep massages safe and beneficial. -

Wasn't sure what to expect from a $25 massage, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The place was very busy when we got there. I had called ahead and made reservations and our wait was very short. We were taken into one of the back rooms and the lights were dim and relaxing music played in the background. They start with a head and scalp massage then work around to your neck and shoulders while your feet soak in hot water. Next they massage your lower legs and thighs followed by your feet. My feet are ticklish but the hard pressure felt good. Afterwards you are asked to lay on your stomach where they massage the back of your legs, butt and back. Overall it was a very nice experience and we will be going back.

By far one of the best place for massage. I've had massages many places. Strong, but not the "pokey fingers" that you get elsewhere. (I am ticklish, so strong massage keeps me from giggling-they use elbows, heel of palm and side of hand to apply strong but not painful force) Definitely beats many $$$$ spas! As other reviews have described (some in great detail~thanks!) clothes are kept on, so wear something comfy. Since you start with you feet soaking in a wonderful little bucket of warm water, be sure your pants are loose enough to roll up to the knee. Also, they do use lotion when working your neck and feet, so don't wear anything that you may worry about getting lotion on.
I called for an appointment with only an hours notice around 3pm on a a Friday afternoon and had no trouble getting in.
My masseuse checked a couple times to make sure she was not using too much pressure, which I appreciated, as other reviews had said too strong. -

i'm old enough to remember when Bobby did one hour massages for $10 on the top floor of Good Earth, i've always thought i wish i could come across a deal like that now of days, well, 3 of us walked in to Foot Finesse, across from North Central High on 86th St
walked back to a room by the hostess to Fab Huge massage chairs
they had been before, my first time (pick a SAFE word before you go)
great atmosphere, darkened rooms, Zen type music, one on one masseuse puts a body length towel over you, (fully clothed) pulls up my pant legs up to place my feet to soak in the bowl,
then the masseuse places his STRONG hands to my head, hitting pressure points on my head, then my neck, to my back, kinda rough,
then the feet, i didn't know that Reflexology was trying to put your thumb though my foot! i thought well it's been Forever since i've had a massage & i found out a REAL Deep massage really is
to raking my legs, i'm thinking well i've heard there's a fine line between Pain & Pleasure, he starts hitting my feet & legs with his fist, HEY, is this guy beating the crap (toxins) out of me?????????
i think of my Yelp review will have to have the word INTENSE in it
before the massage i'd thought of my pain in my shoulders & lower back, he must have felt it, & by that time i was saying in my mind JUST TAKE MY WALLET, is this a dysfunctional relationship i didn't know i was in? (& he was so nice at first) i felt like i was in surgery without anaesthesia when he was working on my shoulders, i had tears in my eyes!
i didn't hear the light music anymore, just my gasps to keep breathing!!!
at the end an intense pounding on my shoulders & about my head (i was hoping i was going to stay conscious & be able to walk)
i got up & had NEVER felt Better in my life!!!!
i'm sure i'm going to very Sore (but i was NOT) when i wake up tomorrow but YES i will go back
tip well to a guy that could kill you with his bare hands!!!
other, they have a Credit Card Machine, but prefer cash
also a great gift

Visited them this past Saturday (1/30/10) and left there in real pain. I mean my back was so sore, but oh what a good sore it was. My back was sore for the entire day but by the next day I felt great and they really helped with some issues I had. The foot massage was good, but didn't work the presure points I was expecting but was good. When he worked on my back he could tell some issues I had and worked with me to help losen those muscles and help with my pinched nerve. You really need to make an appointment as they were full my entire time there. Even though it was crowded you are really able to relax. They also offer true "chair massge" and that was also busy. For $25 you can't beat it.
