I just visited this shop on 124 street after having gone to one of the other places in its building. A pot of HUGE blooms, each looking like a Bird of Paradise is what drew me in. But once I was inside, there were three friendly staff members, one of whom was full of information about the different cut flowers and potting living plants as well as the vases, teas, purses, umbrellas, lip gloss shells (from Australia) and other home decoration items that would work very well as gifts. I bought four cut flowers that were amazingly beautiful, two were rare, and for less than $20, they were put into wet foam in order to most fully protect the blooms, plus a lovely wrapping that befits the style of the place. They were playing Lady Gaga on their speakers and twice invited me to go inside their coolers and see and smell the wonderful flowers inside.
I know where to get amazing bouquets, and lovely gifts -- I'm sure to return soon! -

FLUR provided floral arrangements for a tablescape that I photographed about a year ago and I still love the look of the arrangement. Great floral designer!!
