Fluid recently hosted an appie night for Coast Realty Group's 15 year anniversary staff - and the appies were wow!!!! Especially the black bean cigars. Get yourself a plateful of them and an eyefull of the staff!! All hot!

Fluid served it's purpose, a place to have dinner on a Sunday evening with very little thought.
I found the interior to be somewhat bland and not distinct in any way. They had an okay selection of beer on tap, but I was disappointed they didn't have more island beer. Decent wine selection.
Our server was very sweet, told us the specials, offered the usual, seemed new but very nice.
I had the spinach salad for dinner which was okay, but there was too much going on in it. It had too many flavours, bacon, walnuts, oranges, pineapple, spinach.
My friend had ribs with potatoes and veggies. It looked good and he said it was delicious, I'll take his word.
I thought the price point was a bit high for what we had. -

We had an excellent Mother's Day brunch at Fluid. Our server was pleasant and thoughtful, the food was delicious - especially the complimentary Mother's Day chocolate covered strawberries - and we saw some friends while there.
