    Robin trained me during my entire pregnancy and I couldn't have been happier with the results!

    She customized a weekly routine to meet my changing needs throughout the pregnancy to help me feel healthy , strong, and ready for delivery. I definitely feel like I owe an easy delivery and recovery in great part to Robin's work.

    I was challenged to push myself and Robin kept things interesting by varying my workouts with indoor and outdoor sessions. I ended up thinner and more toned post pardum than I was when I started and I was able to keep my pregnancy weight down to 19lbs, even though I was indulging with my nutrition.

    And speaking of nutrition, Robin was able to advise on my nutrition choices and offered great ideas to help maintain a healthy weight.

    Robin was flexible with her scheduling, often willing to move an appointment when I wasn't feeling well and I really appreciated the personal attention she provided. I know she was spending her personal time researching exercises that would be appropriate for me and her efforts paid off!

    I really can't say enough good things! I am looking forward to resuming my sessions after the holiday season! I'll need it! I would definitely give Robin a call whether you are looking for a few sessions to tone up before an event or a long term relationship - Robin is exactly what you need!
