very happy with flash drains
a few weeks ago phil and his team inserted a back water valve to prevent sewer back up in my finished basement
i was impressed at how professional they were and did such a great job...it was not an easy job as they had to work in a crawl space 4 feet high
he was very careful about keeping the areas clean
he asked me to take a picture of the work he did for my home insurance (discount) before backfilling with concrete which i thought was very caring of him.
i have 2 dogs who got in the way of his work but was very polite about the interruptions it causes at times..
the whole experience with the company was a pleasant one and i would not hesitate to recomment flash drains to anyone in need of a plumber

Not a happy customer.
Phil and an assistant came on time to replace the water pipe from the water meter to the front lawn. Knew exactly what needed to be done, but made some mistakes that caused the work to take longer than expected. Overall was not happy, and wanted more money. Was not even happy when getting paid.
Started to clean up, but did not bother to finish when he found out he was not going to get paid more than the estimate. It was clearly understood that the estimate amount was the maximum that it would costs before any work began. I personally felt that he was doing the work purely for the money and did not care to do a good job. Maybe I am asking for too much?!
