Five Guys

At five guys, you get what you pay for. Burgers made to order and half a bag of Hocutt french fries. It would be nice to see onion rings. Maybe they're on the menu after all but I've just never seen them. Love the salt peanuts to eat while we wait. Takeout is always fantastic. And the staff is great too.

Definitely the best tasting burgers in the valley! Love the difference fresh makes, little pricey but quality isn't cheap. The Cajun fries are to die for. Always have outstanding service when I go there!

Wasn't wrapped properly, not even my bill on it to know which is each burger, order wasn't really at the time . I order it online more than a half hour ago when I arrived to the restaurant it wasn't ready yet. So disappointed, and employees not really friendly at all compared with others locations

Dear Canadian Jesus. I've been to my fair share of Five Guys and this one takes the cake. Upon entering we were greeted by the super clean environment and the super cheerful employees behind the counter. Our cashier was patient and super helpful. She answered our questions knowledgeably and was friendly. We were told our name would be called when all was ready. We grabbed our sodas and peanuts and took a seat. Our wait was less than 5-7minutes. The ladies that handed over our food were also really nice and genuine.

We ordered a cheeseburger with pickles and a cheeseburger with grilled onions, pickles, tomatoes, mayo and mustard. Along with those unmistakable fries! Good. Lord. Our burgers were so fresh, so meaty and so juicy. Temp was perfect and toppings were on point. Our fries were so well seasoned, hot, crunchy and soft all at the same time. And of course there were a ton to take home. Facilities were clean, drink station was tidy. Everything was so delightful from beginning to end. Even on our way out, the employees wished us a good night and thanked us again. This crew definitely has their act together.

Took son out for a celebration lunch. He spent two days with diarrhea and I puked for 2 days

Great service, food was prepared quickly & accurately. Good flavour and appearance. Will be back.

Fries were excellent and plentiful as usual.
The bacon cheeseburger seemed greasy. Haven't had that before. Still a very tasty burger.
Building is clean and well kept.

Tons of food! Unless you're an army I'd get the regular burger and fries. The large burger and fries are enough to fill even the most voracious appetite. Pretty basic menu. Prices are a little steep, but they are generous in the portions. A large fries will easily feed two people.

This place is still the best burger in town. Not sure why the complaints and low rating. I've never had anything but excellent from the Chilliwack Five Guys.
