I come here as it is close to where I live. The equipment is sufficient for me, as I do mostly cardio and some strength training.
I like how they have a ladies only area, and it is usually quite calm and empty, which I like, so equipment and machines are plentiful :)
The ladies change room, has showers, tanning beds, and many lockers available. I like how spacious it is :)
They have several different classes available - see their schedule for details.
Parking by the building is usually FULL. You can park at the curling centre but make sure you ask for a fitness world pass to stick onto the windshield of your car :)
They also have a daycare available if you have kids. I don't have kids myself, so I'm not sure how their daycare hours - please inquire.
Remember, don't bring and leave valuables unattended at the gym! -

As this location was on the way to my later destination I decided to come into this place to get a workout as I am a member, and I forgot how old and dated this gym looks. The parking situation at this gym is already a challenge, as it circles the buillding, and usually there is a log jam of cars waiting for a spot, and if one person is slow, you are waiting as there is no passing room.
It may be the color scheme used in the gym, with the yellowish tinged lights and the off green walls is not an attractive pairing to the eyes. It may be the fact that you have to climb a flight of stairs to the male changing room where the benches and lockers are really needing a replacement like every other Fitness World who has seen a facelift in the last year.
The workout machines are also older than the other locations, some even squeek and need a good oil job. The cardio machines are up to par, but the layout of this place is off. Hopefully a reno is coming soon, so I can write a follow up review on this place, but as it stands now this place is only getting 2 stars.
