Jesse Benson operates his "Fit In 30" business out of Executive Lifestyles Personal Training Fitness Centre at 555 W. 8th Ave.

I am not typically a fan of trainers since I work out consistently and intensely on my own and find most trainers haven't listened to me in the past. Jesse is the man. Our focus is building lean muscle mass while reducing my body fat percentage. There is no such thing as a fluffy workout with Jesse. Be prepared to hurt and see results fast. I love Jesse's 30 minute workout model as he doesn't charge you to warm up or do cardio, you can do that on your own in his gym, or your own. He charges $25/half an hour so is extremely affordable if you're looking for someone to teach you how to build muscle and increase strength.

I see Jesse twice a week and plan to continue to do so for a long time to come.

History

Established in 2006

Fit in 30 was established in 2006 and was created with one thing in mind to help people loss weight and achieve their fitness goals. My goal has always been to offer my clients more services at a fraction of the cost of other trainers and to provide my clients with the very latest in training and weight loss techniques.

Meet the Business Owner: Jesse Benson J.

When Jesse was 19 he decided to leave Ontario and move to the fitness capital of Canada: Vancouver. There he completed his apprenticeship program and became an I.S.S.A certified trainer. Although he was very excited to achieve his dream of becoming a personal trainer in beautiful British Columbia he was very discouraged with the personal training industry--let's just say it was not what he expected. He quickly realized that people were not paying for results but for someone to talk to for a hour. He was told that if he wanted to be successful in Vancouver you just have to make your workouts fun and have people talk and sweat and they will keep paying--even if they don't get results. This was not what Jesse wanted to do with his personal training career, he knew that if he developed a program that helped people lose weight he would get referrals and be successful in Vancouver. Today Jesse's business is almost 100% referral based.
