Absolutely no organization and inconsiderate of their customers.
This past week, my parents went through this company to tour Vancouver.
They weren't allowed to go to the bathroom for 4.5 hours at a time. Really? No rest stop for that long?
On one of the days of their trip, their tour bus busted a tire. Because the bus driver needed special equipment to replace the tire, he had to drive dangerously through winding roads near cliffs for at least an hour. My parents are regular parents, around 60. They can't tolerate these kinds of things.
On the last day, they were told to wait at the hotel entrance for the company's bus to take them to the airport. However, they didn't realize until last minute that they were supposed to take the hotel shuttle to the airport.
My parents were hardly notified about the trip's schedule so they never knew what was going on. My parents still work and they are the type of people who go through their days with schedules. My father is a health professional and my mother handles so much business that she charts things for each month.
