POOR POOR POOR service. I tried their duct cleaning services, a very old dodge truck arrived at my place with 3 teens knowing absolutely nothing about the job to do. Tried to overcharge before starting the job. The NEVER cleaned the ducts upstairs, the only did what was close to the furnace. Duct cleaning of the drying machine was supposed to be included, I had to insist that they clean it, they said 'it's not necessary really' then they reluctantly vacuumed the dryer's duct only problem is that there is am air trap outside that prevents air from entering inside the house, so they cleaned absolutely NOTHING. I told them about the trap they said that they are supposed to clean the first part of the duct only. DAMN LIARS. Their equipment is useless, not powerful enough, dirty (I had to clean my carpet afterwards...) and the have NO TOOLS! I had to lend them mine, can you believe it? I complained the day after the service, they said the job was done so though luck, customer. STAY AWAY, I'm warning you, this is BY FAR the worst experience I had with a service company in my life. Just go with any other company (I tried Clean Air and Air net before, my mistake was to fall for a 99$ special with this 'company', my bad) and you'll get something back for your money. I hope they go out of business, that kind of people deserve to get a lesson.
