The absolute WORST auto shop I have EVER dealt with. I had my first accident last Dec and my car just go towed there and they assured me that I'd be taken car of and stupid me, I believed them and left my car to their care. Firstly, the car took nearly 2 months to fix, everytime I called to ask about it I would get a different story! It was one thing and then the next thing every time! The person who i spoke to, Tony, was VERY rude and just seemed annoyed I kept asking about my car even when I tried to be polite saying "please and thank you". Then I had this whole issue with the rental car company they set me up with too because they were taking so long to fix my car, there was an outstanding bill of $800. The rental company is called economy car rental and they are also another company that has atrocious service. Both parties would talk smack about each to me repeatedly! My question is, if they hate each other so much, then why are they working together to begin with? Finally, when my car was fixed, it wasn't even fixed properly. I had to go back and tell them to replace the rad because it was NOT a Honda rad, even though they claim they are "Honda certified" and it was continually heating up, my ac spark wasn't connected, and there was a problem with my cooling system. I think this company is HORRIBLE and does not care about it's customers, just taking their money.

I am unhappy, we negotiated a price and completely went back on their word the moment the work was done. Not worth the headache, paid 5 times more then we should have if I went to my usual body shop. Never go to this body shop, it is my sincere recommendation!!
