This was one of the best finds in Vancouver!

Cute & cozy environment. It was a blend of old world teahouse charm & a hint of modern hippiness. Servers are friendly & very helpful. They coolest thing I saw was that they used an antique stove which was right behind the counter!

Great for lunch or a light snack. I ordered the pear, blue Brie, prosciutto, roasted walnuts, oil & vinegar baguette. It was outstanding!!!! You Have to Try!
The Prosciutto & vine tomato salad with a side of baguette was also delicious and refreshing.
The baguettes are soft and crispy. They are definitely fresh!
I also had to try their teas.... After all it's a tea house. The Maccha chai tea was good & perfect for a cold rainy day.

I definitely will come back if I visit Vancouver again. I wished they had a place like this in San Francisco.

They only take cash or debit card. They also take American dollars.

I'm new to Vancouver and yesterday I realized that I hadn't tried any local favourites, so when I saw this place on my way to the Pacific Centre I couldn't resist stopping in.
The atmosphere was pretty casual, which was a welcome surprise given the fact that I had 80 shopping bags in tow and just wanted takeout.
I ordered the basic Edam & tomato (read: student budget), and waited about 10 minutes before it was ready - it was pretty busy despite the fact that it was after lunchtime. They were out of cookies since I went later in the afternoon, but I was tempted to buy one of the interesting soda varieties they offered. As far as sandwiches go, this one was pretty ballin'. Finch's doesn't skimp on ingredients and the bread was definitely fresh.
It's the little details at Finch's that give you a warm fuzzy feeling: the flowers on each table, the water pitchers with lemon and cucumber, the paper and twine sandwich wrapping, and the artfully-arranged sandwiches themselves.
It's a good thing I enjoyed my experience because while waiting for the bus I was forced to run from a crazy man who was clearly after my carefully-wrapped sandwich. I was so desperate to eat it before all the oil leaked into my bags that I actually devoured it like a fool while sitting on the bus. Worth it!

Located at Homer and Pender St is the Vancouver landmark Finch's Tea and Coffee House.  It's been there for as long as I can remember and busy all the time and I can see what and am kicking myself in the ass for not finding this place sooner.

It's a mix of shabby worn tables and chairs and antique glass that adds the old world vibe to this place and the mixed crowd of young and old enjoying their sandwiches, tea and coffee.

With a selection of sandwiches, salads and drinks there is something for everyone I would think.

One of my favourite sandwiches here is one of the most popular~the pear, prosciutto, blue brie and toasted walnuts for $8.75, it has to be one of the best combination of ingredients I've ever had in a sandwich and is also offered in a salad form~YUMMO!.  This is one of those sandwiches where you are meant to get a bite of everything in each much~all the ingredients work together to give you a balanced bite enjoyable bite, the balsamic vinegar cuts the richness of the meat and cheese and the pear adds a great sweet crispness to the sandwich and all the big ingredients.

The Gypsy Salami baguette $7.50, the other type of meat offered here is salami, this peppered beauty is on the same bread, served with lettuce and fresh tomatoes that are salt and peppered then packed with Gypsy salami and pesto mayo is the food lube for the baby.

When I said the sandwich was packed with salami I wasn't joking!, the meat was folded into triangles which ultimately lead to the meat exploding out after I took my 1st bite so I ended up eating some meat by itself and filling what I had left back into the bread so this one was more pretty looking and tasted great but was a hot mess to eat.

If you're in the area Finch's is a great place to check out for a great lunch or brunch on the weekends and all sandwiches can be made to go.

Like seriously, who could have a problem with this place? This place is very special. I love it here anytime of the day. Though it gets super crowded around lunch time but then it's also kinda great because you're forced to smile and say hi to your table neighbour. I love the flowers in the juice bottles on the table and I love the perfect size in your hands coffee mugs. My favourite sandwich is, of course..... the pear, prosciutto, blue brie and toasted walnuts. It is to die for. Yeah, if I wanted I could mimic this at home but would I have the sweet cafe atmosphere that so delights me? naw.

Finch's is a very special place. It's almost anachronistic. Even though this place is really popular with the downtown business lunch crowd, entering this space sends you to a calm time and place that is separate from the bustle of the streets outside. Things are done well, but slowly, and they wrap their sandwiches in these perfect little bundles of paper and twine for take-out. The staff are quiet and calm, and you can't help but be infected by their attitude, by the big old windows, by the aging walls and wooden tables.

They don't have a vegan sandwich on the menu but when I ask for it it's always delicious and fresh. They dress the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar in lieu of butter, and stuff the sandwich with avocado, greens, tomato, walnuts. If you'd like to sit down at a table, arrive early (or late) and try not to hover while you wait for some book-reader to finish with theirs. Eating in at Finch's is a special, particular pleasure.

OK, admittedly i am in a mood today. And being surrounded by wanna be hipsters and being given the evil eye from an old lady (not to mention the shoulder butt from her friend) did not impress me.

But clientele aside...can you please tell me why oh why the soup is only ready at noon when clearly there is going to be an early lunch crowd!?! I mean it's not like I asked for it at 10am or even 11am. It was past 11.30am and I had to take an early lunch. I am also recovering from a cold and really needed some soup. But no. It'll only be ready at noon.
I give them a big Tolle "NO!" (kudos for anyone who gets the reference).

After humming and haw-ing i got a salad...that looked like it was covered with snot. My stomach is a little queasy these days but seriously, it was nasty. I don't remember this from my last trip here and I really hope it disappears. Snot dressing was NOT on the menu. How do they even get it to be that clear consistency!?!?! In what vinaigrette world do they live in!??!?!

    sigh, cough

4 and 1/2 stars. The pear/proscuitto sandwich won us over - Definitely get this. The salami/tomato/lettuce sandwich was just okay. Also got the special sweet potato/apple soup which was absolutely Delicious.

Not impressed with the chocolate chip cookie - more cake like, powdery and not enough chocolate chips.

cute ambiance, but small, would get there before 12 pm for lunch as it packs up quite quickly.

You might think your Mimi Margie makes the best chocolate chip cookies in the world. If you think this you are wrong because Finch's Tea & Coffee House serves the best chocolate chip cookies in the world. Huge in diameter, the B cup breast-sized orbs are crispy on the thin outside layer, folding open to reveal a gooey center and chips that break apart and sing Sly and the Family Stone. It's a family affair, not your Mimi Margie's affair, but Finch's affair.

Unfortunately the daily baguettes had not been delivered when my boyfriend and I slinked in for pre-hike fuel. We still fully enjoyed our basic breakfast sandwiches on wheat bread. Somehow the slices remained firm despite the runny egg yolks, contrasted by crisp red onion, crackling lettuce and tangy bleu cheese.

I tried to recreate a baguette combination I saw on the blackboard at home: German brie with raspberry preserves on rustic Italian bread. Cooking at home excites me again.

Finch's Tea & Coffee saved my day.  On 6/25, my family and I were headed to see Wicked at the Queen Elizabeth theater.  It was a bit after 1pm. I had just parked the car a few blocks from the theater house and my family was hungry and antsy from being in the car for nearly 3 hours.

I promised my wife that we would get lunch for the kids and then the rain started.  What!?  I thought summer started already?  Well, lucky for me Finch's was on the corner and from the crowd inside, I knew it had to be good.

So, we wait in line to order and then when I am ready to pay, I notice that Finch's does not take credit cards.  Lucky for me, the young woman at the counter was super nice and accepted my US dollars which that day unbeknownst to me was actually worth less than the equivalent CDN dollars.

The food was really good.  My kids loved the cookies and steamers, along with their excellent sandwiches.  I had a veggie baguette sandwich which was excellent.  The eggs had the bright orange yolk that you only get from super well organic fed, free ranging hens.  Not like the pasty yellow ones that we get in the states.

Not only that, but two very nice Canadian women actually got up and offered my family their table while they moved to a two topper near the windows.

I am thankful for Finch's and Canadian hospitality.  Wicked was awesome too!

This place is super busy! Even at 3pm in the afternoon we were waiting around for seats - but still, I'd have to say this is my favourite sandwich place in Vancouver (followed by la grotta del formaggio and meat&bread). Usually, I don't order vegetarian sandwiches (or vegetarian anything, really) but they make an awesome avocado baguette (with walnuts, edam, cucumber, and lettuce). I actually prefer the avocado baguette over the pear/prosciutto (with walnuts, blue brie) but that's really good too and seems to be the favourite among many. The only sad thing is that they're closed on Sundays!

Have you ever had a sandwich that was so good, you weren't sure if you should eat it slowly savoring every last second of it or ravage the plate in a guilty fury?

What an incredible find on the Pender and Homer!  It is such a charming little cafe and I wouldn't have given it a second look if it weren't for the referrals.  Inside there's a huge chalkboard with menu items and antiques scattered all around.  If you look closely, all the paper, napkins and takeout wrappings are all made from recycled paper.  This funky little cafe seem to be located in the middle of a quiet area of town and yet, it is packed to the brim during lunch.

Now back to what brought me so much joy this afternoon... the bagettes!  I ordered the pear, blue-brie, prosciutto, roasted walnuts with oil and vinegar bagette.  It was so beautifully presented, I was almost afraid to bite into it.  The look was just as wonderful as the taste.  The pears and walnuts added a slight sweetness and depth to the salty blue-brie and prosciutto.  The vinegar and oil added the right amount of tang to bring your tastebuds to a fist-pump.

This is now on top of my list for favorite sandwiches!

Thanks to all the Yelpers who reviewed this lovely cafe.  I would have never given it a second look on my own.

I had no idea that a sandwich could be so good before today.

I tried the now-legendary (currently mentioned in 32 reviews) pear, blue brie, prosciutto, and roasted walnut baguette and, I have to say, it brightened my otherwise sh*tastic day.  I went from feeling annoyed and grumpy to sated and content.  And here I thought only chocolate could do that.  I knew I loved pears with prosciutto before, but this combined with the blue brie, walnuts, oil and vinegar on a baguette completely blew me away.  They used quality ingredients and I loved the combination of sweet and salty.

The cafe itself is cute and cozy.  I love the rustic antique look with chalkboard menus on the wall.  They also have pitchers of water and glasses so that you can help yourself if you're thirsty; I find this very convenient.  I also love that they use compostable materials to wrap their takeout.  Baguettes to go are adorably wrapped in brown paper tied with a raffia bow.

It gets very busy here at lunch.  Go early if you want to eat in.  If you're ordering to go during lunch hour, it's best to call ahead.

Next time I'm feeling down (or even if I want to make a happy day even better) a trip to Finch's will be just what the doctor ordered.

Atmosphere, food and service were all top-shelf. The quality of the beans was middle-of-the road in terms of roast (JJ Bean), but the staff preparation was the best. Make a point of going to this place for coffee and a bite when in Van. We tipped the girl a ton and she offered to give it back. Far too Canadian. If only Calgary's the Roasterie sold Finch's food, or if only Finch's bought their coffee from the Roasterie...

LOVE the food here - blue brie and pear baguette is the BEST!

They feature fresh ingredients and unique flavour combinations. Great breakfasts, wonderful salads but my favourite are the baguette sandwiches and the soup is amazing too. They also make a yummy steamed maple soy drink that I love. Oh and their cookies are super YUM! (Basically what I am saying is that everything is really good)

I wish they would open another location in Yaletown or Main street.

Call ahead if you are in a rush and don't just expect to get a seat there because it's busy so sometimes you ahve to wait for a seat and sometimes you need to walk to a local park.

You might recognize the interior from this commercial http://www.innerring.c... (where he runs out of the cafe) and many movies :)

My boyfriend doesn't like it because as you eat the sandwich sometimes falls apart, but who cares it tastes so good just pick up whatever fell and eat it! lol Anyway it's not his 'thing'

Hipsters. I just don't get you and I probably never will nor want to. How long does it take 5 hipsters to make a sandwich that requires no cooking? Too long.

Cashier was marginally friendly. The place reminds me of Sweet Revenge on Main St. where hipsters hang out at grandma's place.

I went with the Yelp consensus and ordered the pear, prosciutto walnut and blue brie baguette. Personally I find the slowly hand chopped pear presentation to be a bit tacky. The ingredient mix worked pretty well, especially the blue brie and walnuts. However, the texture of the baguette was a bit hard. I've always preferred the soft and crispy Vietnamese version.

Switch out the hipsters and I'll return. Or better yet, kill the hipster trend.

Holy mother of god. I have found the holy shrine of sandwiches here in Canada.

I thought I found the best sandwich in North America in my local town of Denver, CO. Yes, I probably don't have a big enough sample size to make such a claim, but I know a good sandwich when I sink my teeth into one. The sandwich here at Finch's was an labor of love, both on my part and by the people making it. As previous reviews note, there is a long wait around lunch time, but it will be worth the wait.

I ordered two sandwiches, which is perfectly fine because I hadn't eaten breakfast. So there. First, the pear and prochutto which mixed salty and sweet in a glorius journey of favor explosion. Yes, this sandwich caused me to improve my vocabulary. It's that good. The other was cheddar and cucumber, which was equally as transformative.

I just have to say, there are not many places I would consider jumping on a plane just for the opprotunity to enjoy a tasty treat, but Finch's is definately one of those places. If you are within 50 miles of downtown Vancouver, make it your mission IMMEDIATELY to enjoy the best sandwiches I've ever had.

It's like visiting your grandma's summer house in the south, if your grandma was an old French lady. The place does get lined up at lunch, probably more so on weekdays, but I was there on a Saturday, and it wasn't too bad of a wait. Our orders were taken right away, we just had to wait for our sammys to get made. Luckily for us, by the time our sammys were ready a table opened up so we could sit in the sun and enjoy them instead of eating on the run.

I had the walnut and edam baguette with avocado, lettuce and cukes. The sammy was overflowing with veggies and I had to try and tuck them in so I could fit the darn thing in my mouth. This actually turned out to be a bit messy and I should have just done what the BF did and chomp off the top layer of veggies that was sticking out so my sammy wouldn't poop out the veggies from the bottom end. I love Finch's, and if I could I would have a sandwich there every single day.

great shabby-chic interiors.  suuuuper tasty, frothy, delightful lattes (and i'm sure the food is of equal quality, but i haven't had the chance to try any yet).

I'm appalled. Not by Finch's - but by the mere fact that I work in the area and have NEVER been to Finch's!! I've been missing out on so much!!

Now that I got that outta my system...

When you step into Finch's, it's like you stepped into 18th Century Paris (ok, maybe not really - but that's what it feels like to me). The menu's on written on different sized chalkboards with gold frames, the tables are scattered about and very vintagey feeling... and the most important part? The food. Oh - the - food. I'm one of those people who thinks that a baguette isn't gonna ever cut it for lunch... well, Finch's just proved me wrong. It was simply delectable (and breathtaking to look at!) with avocado (lots of avocado), cucumber, tomato, lettuce, some sort of dijon sauce - and the most perfect amount of salt and pepper (yes, i'm raving about the salt and pepper!).

I'll definitely be back for a whimsical lunch escape! Yes - even if it's just for the salt and pepper.

My pear + brie platter was divine! Seating inside is super limited, but I was lucky enough to grab a table a few minutes after I arrived. I love that they can make their selection of teas "iced" and don't huff with annoyance at the request.

It did take a while for my food to come out but it was worth it! Warm brie, nicely toasted walnuts, cute butter ramekin... my only complaint is that most of my grapes were inedible.

Can't wait to go back and try their veggie sandwiches! And more tea!!!

Finch's is the best sandwich shop in town. Unless you feel like a waffle sandwich from Patisserie Lebeau. Their baguettes are so good, and the ingredients are gourmet. Reminds me of Paris. I normally don't get the sandwich because hard bread cuts the roof of my mouth, but you can make the sandwich into a salad. The house salad with prosciutto, pear, Brie and walnuts is so good, I think I'm going there tomorrow just because I'm craving it while writing this. It also comes with a baguette but if you're not a fan of butter tell the, ahead of time because they are very generous with it.  It's hard to get a table during lunch rush so if you don't have a real job like myself, go a bit earlier or later. I've never eaten anything else there outside of the Brie, prosciutto and pear combo, it's just too hard to resist.

I am not a sandwich person at all, but Finch's is making me rethink my opinion of them.

I ordered the prosciutto baguette, which is made with edam, balsamic vinegar, lettuce, tomato, and oil. All the ingredients were super fresh, and the presentation of the sandwiches alone is pretty impressive. The sandwiches aren't prepared on an assembly line a la Subway, but instead constructed (seriously) by a couple of hipsters behind the counter and delivered to you on a piece of thick waxed parchment paper (like the kind deli meat is wrapped in).

I expected the sandwich to be salty due to the prosciutto, but all the flavours were perfectly balanced and made for a truly delicious sandwich. I ordered an oolong tea to go with the sandwich; all the tea at Finch's (and there's quite a variety) are organic, loose tea leaves. A tea bag of sorts is made by a strip of fine mesh cloth and hangs out of your cup, which can be a bit messy as it starts to drip.

I would love to come back to try these cookies that everyone is raving about.

Space is limited. Cash and debit only.

It's true! I really don't want to write this review.
Its hard finding parking around the area and usually by the time I get there the cookies are all gone. But... to be fair..... yes their sandwich...is very memorable.
The baguette is small~ but this is the length width and height served in France. You know those brie baguettes, or parma baguettes from a bakery ( not the ones that are already wrapped).
Had their infamous Prosciutto, Walnut and Brie Baguette, and "homemade" gingerbread (i don't like molasses) but it is soooooo good.

If you miss France or love great bread, you have to come later in the day so I could have eaten my sandwich and cookies already, remember come later in the day-  taste better later  ; p

Your take-away sandwich is wrapped in brown paper and twine, like a little gift! It's an apt presentation for the delicious baguette sandwiches on offer at Finch's, a surprising find in an area of town crowded with sushi joints and bars left over from a foregone era.

I love Finch's, but I often avoid it at the height of lunch hour unless I'm looking to get takeaway, because it is so popular and busy. The lucky few who manage to score seats are no hurry to leave, and why should they be? It's the perfect setting to curl up with a quality cup of tea, a sandwich, and some good company.

It's probably the best sandwich shop in the city, with some of the best coffee and teas. There are other good sandwich shops in the city, but their beverages are usually lacklustre, whereas some of the many excellent coffee shops treat food as an afterthought. Finch's strikes the perfect balance.

Be forewarned that lines can get quite long at lunch, and these sandwiches are made with love (or at least fresh with care and quality ingredients), so be prepared to wait. I suggest grabbing one of their wonderful cookies when you order your sandwich so you'll have something to nibble on while you wait.

After reading so many good reviews on Yelp I just had to go check out Finch's!

I met up with my lunch pal and we headed down to find the place was PACKED. We got our orders in and hovered near a table of people who were just finishing up so we could snag some seats. They need more room in there!

It was so cute and old fashioned inside with what looked like antique furniture all over the place. It was just like eating at my Grandma's house. I loved the nicely framed chalk menu boards too!

There was a nice selection of organic sodas and juices at the front to choose from and the daily soup was Carrot Ginger.

I ordered the Brie & Raspberry Preserves on a baguette. It was so simple yet so delicious! But I guess anything with brie on it WOULD be delicious. I had a small taste of my pal's Carrot Ginger soup and it was reaaaaally good! My only regret is not ordering my own.

One thing I would change is having the option of a whole wheat baguette. They seem to have whole wheat bread only.. or am I wrong? I didn't think to ask in time.

    - prosciutto sandwich
    - prosciutto, brie and pear sandwich
    - chocolate and raisin oatmeal cookie
    - chinotto san pellegrino
    - boylan creme

    = $30 dollars

Finch's is an eclectic restaurant with a shabby chic decor. There's a lot of old world charm to the place. It's warm and filled with wonderful light at midday.

Matt and I enjoyed our sandwiches and sodas, but only after a jog to and from an ATM because they do not take major credit cards.

The sandwiches are very tasty. I was surprised with how much I enjoyed the prosciutto, olive oil and vinegar on my sandwich.

I would have loved to try the tea too but I had already chosen the chinotto pellegrino and cream soda.

    Lovely shop!

Probably my favourite sandwich place on earth. It's not rocket science either but it's something in the way they slice those vegetables and cheese that make it really freaking special. It's fresh, and has such simplicity. Fresh baguettes, or whole wheat bread. Their cookies are dam delicious too. I usually end up eating the cookie before i get my sandwich. That's one thing, the line sucks, it takes about 30 minutes for the shortest line. Sometimes you really wonder how long does it really take to make a sandwich? You can call ahead, if they answer the phone. If you order over 8 sandwiches you get charged a fee.
Fresh water with lemon or cucumber, your choice. Eating in is a treat, cute tables on the ledge or group tables where you can stare at other people sandwiches.

I've been meaning to go to Finch's for a while, hearing amazing things about it. Went today for lunch and likely I'll become a regular!

The veggies on my sandwich were so fresh and yummy and the way it was seasoned was perfect.

The atmosphere felt warm, friendly and full of style.

They have a great tea menu, too!

    I love...

Love the pear and brie cheese baguette sandwich.  And the environment is so quaint and cute - like an afternoon tea shop.  Watch out - it gets busy around weekday lunch times, sometimes with line-ups out the door.

I LOVE the pear sandwich - my first bite totally melts in my mouth.  The combination of pear, blue brie, proscuitto and walnut are just perfect for each other.  I'm actually not a big fan for walnut but it totally works really really well in the sandwich. I thought meat & bread was already the best sandwich place I could find in town, but I have to say, Finch's is wayyyyy better!!

I'd love to say that Finch's is a little known secret, but I can't since it's PACKED every single time I'm here... and for good reason.

The sandwiches are like nothing I've ever had before, just phenomenal. But, let's move on to the real reason I come here... the cookies. They're like a tasty mini meal! It's really hard to count the amount of times that I've come back to Finch's just for a cup of coffee and a cookie. I'll even stand in the 10 minute line up they sometimes have going in order to get my fix.

The only reason I docked a star was because of  the seating area, it's extremely difficult to find a seat during lunch hour... actually it's damn near impossible. However, don't let that deter you for giving them a shot.

Finch's was one of the first places my now constant eating companion and I ever ate together, and for that reason alone will always be dear to my heart. But all corniness aside, the brie and grape baguette is - to put it mildly - life changing. I've tried recreating this sandwich at home, but it just doesn't taste the same as when it's constructed slloooowwwllyyy at the hands of hipster sandwich making faeries. Crisp baguette, melty brie, sliced red grapes and some freshly ground pepper...heavenly! Worth the wait, in my opinion, although I could see how it might be frustrating to come here if you had somewhere else to be.

The coffee is pretty forgettable, but the chai is commendable, especially with the addition of freshly grated cinnamon. The cookies are a nice finishing touch to your meal as well, although I don't consider them the best cookies I've ever had. The real star here is the sandwiches.

The ambiance will either appeal to you or be a total turn-off, depending on what you're into. I'm kind of amused by it all...I don't think I've ever seen so many pairs of Ray-Bans concentrated in so small a space.

Loooove Finches!!!  Full of character and makes you feel like you're in someone's home.  My favourite spot is sitting up by the window, sipping tea, digesting my sandwich, and nibbling on one of their big cookies while people watching and having the sun kiss my face :)

Make sure you go there early to get a good spot!  Not for ppl who are in a rush...

Just went in for a take-away late breakfast and I'm pretty sad right here as I sit at my desk and look at my poor little overcooked eggs...

What part of soft boiled don't people get? The egg yolks were crumbly and may as well have been nuked in a microwave.

As always the produce is of top notch quality, great fresh tomatoes, avocado, and the eggs themselves look great too, just way too cooked!

I know Finch's is an institution, but when you have three kids working, but only one actually doing anything while the rest rock out to DeVotchKa in their skinny jeans, something is going to go wrong...this time the eggs paid the price. Oh, and my mouth.

(Disclaimer: This rating is for just my visit today...)

I tried clicking on the 6th star but there isnt one. Service with a smile, and the best sandwiches I have had in my life. Perhaps I need to travel more, but Ive been to almost every continent.

They have this pear, brie proscuitto sandwich with walnuts. You need to try this for my sake. Its the perfect size, and makes me feel like a million dollars. I wish I could have it everyday, but I spoil myself by having it once a week. I never want to be disturbed while consuming this. I need to try other things there. :)

What a magical, charming, romantic, cozy, whimsical little spot-- like out of a secret antique, plant-filled world!  I am in love.

I ordered the house salad (pear, blue cheese, walnuts) and it was so beautiful I had to stare at it for awhile.  Like a work of art, seriously!!  My friend ordered the baguette version, and hers was stunningly gorgeous as well-- imagine, a stunningly gorgeous sandwich!?  Well, it's here.

Come here for a special catch up date with a friend and you will both have a magical time.  SO GOOD.

Noticed that usually when a place is run by "hipsters", the service is going to be bad or very mediocre. Same thing applies to this place. They stand around and talk a lot, depending on what time you go in. You may or may not have to wait a million years to get your flippin' sandwich. Once my friend had to wait 45 mins for a sandwich.. you kinda wonder why when you don't need to cook anything, it's just putting it together.

Luckily I didn't have to wait as long when I went with her, only about 10-15 min wait. I had the prosciutto with.. I don't remember. It was an amazing sandwich. They don't cheap out with any of their ingredients, everything looked and tasted fresh. The bread looked like it was fresh bought from the bakery. Just really really good. I remember trying the blackcurrant juice, it was good but too sweet.

The place.. looks like a dump. Maybe it was the look they were trying to go for? Maybe some people find the interior charming? Not me. I think they should maybe get some seats that don't have rips and tables that don't look like they're gonna break down from the weight of a sandwich and walls that don't look like there might be moths waiting to burst out.

Though the sandwich was a little expensive (around 7 or 8 bucks) it was definitely worth it for the quality. With new management, renovation, and longer hours, this place could be amazing.
