One of the better Fido kiosks or stores; find Metrotown, is you know, swamped, and the DT is a tough one to find parking unless you're already work there.
What I like is the self-serve pay machine to pay your own bill. I used to set up automatic payments w/ my other bills in general, but as soon as you change your plan, whether it's for the internet, TV, etc., imagine how tough it is to sometimes getting your credit back, and the ridiculous wait times too w/ customer service. Thus why I've changed to just pay on my own, manually.
Anyways, staff there is able to help w/ your phone or the new models.
Plus the staff here are very good; one time my mom needed some minor programming on her phone, and later she told me the sales rep helped her store a few numbers, and a shortcut for finding your balance on the handset.
And it's nice that you can park relatively close on the west side of the parking lot to get to this Fido kiosk.
