This gelato is super smooth and seriously tasty. My faves are the classic mango sorbetto, the dreamy blueberry cheesecake, and the "I can't believe how good this is" fig balsamic gelato.
I first tried Fiasco at the Calgary Stampede, and now I get my weekly fix at Famoso Pizzeria on 4th street in Calgary, but I'm looking forward to chasing down the Fiasco food truck this summer!! -

I had the Blueberry and Basil Sorbet at the Fiasco Gelato Food Truck this afternoon. Very interesting blend of flavours. The basil actually makes the sorbet very refreshing.

If you've never been to Fiasco Gelato, then I'm going to be honest: I don't have a whole lot of patience for you.
I'm gonna make this short & sweet so that I can use the extra time to treat myself to...oh, I dunno...uh...A GELATO!
- All gelato is made in-house
- Over 50 varieties
- Located right on 17th Ave
- Seasonal favourites are a huge hit (Ie. Thanksgiving pumpkin and Christmas candy cane)
- Some of THE freshest gelato I have ever tasted
- A variety of options are available for nutritional restrictions (ie. non-dairy sorbetto and lean gelato)
- They not only serve gelato and sorbetto, but paninis, specialty drinks and cupcakes as well
- If you've never been, you're missing out.
