Great service! AutoPlan, home insurance, life and disability, I've done it all with this company for over a decade. Contrary to another review I read, I've always paid my autoplan with a credit card. Good hours and convenient location for those of us east of Seymour.

Found them on the Net and they had an online quote generator. It beat my previous rates by a lot so at first they were a good co. Dealt with them by e-mail. Never went in there nor met any of the staff.
But the renewals always seemed to be like pulling teeth with them. Rates would jack up (often 30%+ more), and I'd have to go back and get them to redo it. Finally gave up when I discovered I could get insurance with same co. at over 30% lower by just using a different broker.
Plus these guys don't accept credit cards (and many brokers do) despite having a Web site. Technologically, these guys are stuck in the 20th century.
