I grew up on this meat, I eat this meat, I love this meat. This has been my family butcher since I can remember and grocery store meat just doesn't taste the same. One thing I have to mention is the bacon, they have THE BEST BACON, so good. It's thick, it's not ALL fat and the flavour is incomparable. We always used to get the meat packs, loads of meat for a good price. Sometimes you have to wait in line a bit, the place isn't fancy and well... it smells like raw meat but, oh is it worth it.

If you live in the area and like to buy really good meat this is the place to go. They have meat package options as well and are reasonably priced for the amount you get.
Yesterday we went and got a couple of stuffed potatoes and chicken breasts. It was so delicious. Just throw them in the oven, toss together a salad and voila you have a fantabulous meal! I am looking forward to trying my kabobs tonight!
