So we went to Niagara Falls, saw the falls, rode the boat, and inevitably got hungry.
Basically, there was this humongous sign that read Korean BBQ and Sushi. The exterior was dead ugly, plain white walls on what looked like to be a dilapidated building but the interior was surprisingly well decorated and clean.
After that, everything went downhill. We got the menu and every item was at least $20 per food, moreover rice was $2.
Skip to the meal - it was a decent meal, not the best - hence the 2 stars. However, the price to taste/value/everything-else ratio just fell flat on its face.
The food was worth around $8-10, the rice was served in a shallow bowl that wasn't even served to the very top ($2 per bowl). The service wasn't that great since we actually had to walk to the waitress (=O) to order. However, us, being the cheap Asians we are ordered 4 items for a group of 10 + rice. So it came out to $100.
But were we full? No... we weren't... an hour or two later we went back to Ontario and ate Chinese food. AND IT WAS CHEAP.
*Paying the rent in a place like this may be ridiculous, but make it reasonable* -

Worst sushi restaurant ever! We stayed at a hotel across the street and we were dying for sushi. We walked in and there was hardly anyone there. We ordered and the menu prices were already high ($6.99 for a california roll), but then when I got the bill they charged $2 more per roll than what was listed on the menu and they refused to change it on the bill. Plus the edamame was cold, the miso soup was bland and was just broth. The california and tuna rolls were not fresh at all - the rice was discusting. I paid $75 (Canadian) for 5 rolls, 2 miso soups and an order of edamame. In NYC that same meal would have cost around $40 or $50 at the most and I would have had an amazing meal. Total tourist trap. Stay clear of this restaurant!!!
