I was in Toronto last week for a business conference, and needed a large quantity of quirky printing dealt with quickly. Sarah was very helpful in coordinating with me before I arrived in Toronto--but I was only able to get to the shop late in the afternoon with some very large digital files. Nonetheless, the entire staff pitched in to turn my order around quickly and perfectly. As a shot in the dark based on a Twitter referral, Fabulous paid off. The next time I have printing to do in the city, I will come back to them for sure.

This place is amazing! The customer service they provided me was just BEYOND what I expected. When I went I wasn't sure what their hours were, so I ended up getting about 10 mins after close and it was on a Friday, so I would have had to wait until Monday to come back. However, someone was still there, came outside and asked me what I wanted to print (It was business cards by the way). Despite them being closed, he still invited me inside and said he could at least get the file setup so I could pick it up first thing Monday.
The quality of the printing was great. They print in house so they really know what they are doing. They had a variety of prices for their business cards which I was really happy about because everywhere else I went would only offer me 500 or 1000. Here I had the option of 125, 250, 500, 1000 and so many paper options.
If you decide you go here, ask for Irving. He's the best. -

I can't say enough good things about this printing company.
I had to get business cards done in a rather small timeframe - leave it up to me to do things at the last minute. After researching online and not wanting to send my card template to a shop overseas, my quest led me to this place located near my house.
I use these guys often to print up documents or use their photocopiers, and I also find their staff to be friendly and helpful. With their experience and knowledge helped me choose the right type of card I wanted, from the printing specifications to getting the right type of paper stock. Within 24 hours, the cards were ready, pretty and ready to give out.
There isn't a doubt in my mind that I'll continue take my business there. It's a small, family owned company that offer good quality results and their prices are competitive.
Just keep in mind of their business hours: open Monday through Friday but close early on Fridays at 3:30pm. Saturday and Sunday are closed. -

Yesterday, I attended Ignite Toronto over at The Drake Underground. As I'm in the process of updating our company's branding and collateral, I decided to take one of my rough concepts out for a spin for the event. This meant a short run of digitally printed cards.
Being new to the neighborhood, I looked for the usual options I'd jump to for quick and dirty print jobs; namely a FedEx Kinkos or something similar where I could prep the document quickly and self-serve print on a relatively high-end colour laser printer.
Google maps revealed Fabulous Printing as nearby, so I took a quick look at their Web site. Nothing really out of the ordinary jumped out at me, except this one line under their 45 Minute Business Cards page: "Just e-mail your file and call our staff--a real person will answer".
So that's what I did. And they made the process really simple. The woman I spoke to answered my questions, asked for the minimal of setup requirements, and gave me good stock advice based on my design. She even asked if I wanted a proof in their rush timeframe.
I was feeling so reassured by our conversation, I forewent the proof and just opted for a call when my order was ready.
When I arrived for pickup, I saw the operation was much larger than I had thought. They have a large self-serve copy area up front, and an even larger production facility to the back. Everything is neat and completely devoid of any pretentious "boutiquery".
Counter staff was friendly and I was pleasantly surprised when Kelly, the woman that took my initial order over the phone, came over and introduced herself.
The product quality was exactly what I expected, with the added bonus of the satin card stock that the saleswoman recommended to me. The price was reasonable for such quick turn around, too. And, unlike my usual self-serve option for such a short run, I didn't have to do anything other than prep the file.
I'll definitely bring my basic and short-run printing business to Fabulous Printing in the future. -

I've used this company for only two jobs - hang tags and biz cards. Having experience with many shops from here to Victoria, BC, I can say with relative confidence that they raise the bar. Great customer service. Happy staff. Easy FTP. Super fast turn-around times. Great prices. Very knowledgeable about products, color and screen variations with their printers ( they have an auto-printer that I've only previously seen at an on demand-book publisher). Impressive stock of paper weights and colors. To top it off they have a good eye for proofing and improving your designs. Changed the font color on my biz card to 'pop' more on the owner's advice. Easy to see that a large portion of the arts and business community in Toronto loves this place ( the wall is full of the better local designs they've printed. ) If you're under pressure to get a print-job well done, this is the place.

Whether it's a last-minute business card print job or a large-scale run of promotional items, the staff at this shop jump to the challenge and make sure you're pleased with the results. Upload your designs to their FTP site and they can get started before you even step into their location.

I sent my file in the morning and got the biz card in the afternoon around 4pm which is fast but quality is bad, and some card even not cut perfectly. they are over charge me with bad guilty. I should check the cards carefully before i bring them home

I needed promo postcards for an upcoming concert, and business cards. I had other quotes. Checked out Yelp. Found Fabulous Printing, and yep- it's Fabulous. Superb service from Kelly and Agi, ready to help, and best price. As an indie musician, it's a real find. I'll be back. Thanks guys!
