Another import from BC has come to Toronto. F as In Frank has followed on the heels of some major Vancouver shops like Jonathan and Olivia and USED.
A modern but small space filled with vintage clothing and accessories. I came upon this place right after Nuit Blanche which meant that alot of the selection had disappeared with the hoards of art and late night enthusiasts. It was true. I did find it a bit empty but for any business open that night - the people, they shop while perusing art and drinking.
There is a great selection of vintage shades as well as some rather bedazzling outfits I would not be caught dead in. However, for hipsters and those fond of that kind of vintage attire - boys and girls alike have another venue to spend their dineros.
They also carry reworked vintage items distinctively different from Preloved further west on queen west.
My favorite part of the shop was the accessories. I did not find anything on this impromptu visit. Selection was really small at the time but perhaps next time.
