I had a cat-back exhaust system installed at Extreme Performance in 2006 in a brand new truck. Today, my exhaust fell off while I was driving through Confusion corner. The time span is not what made me mad but more so when I phoned Extreme and asked for a quote to replace my missing exhaust. I spoke to a woman who was no doubt divorced and living on no daddy lane. She was quite possibly the rudest person I've ever talked to. I never asked for a deal or even brought up that it was their rusted out exhaust that fell in the roadway. I asked the following questions and got the following responses:
Q1. What is included in the quote of $680.00?
A1. What the hell do you think? a muffler, some tail pipes and tips.
Q2. What mufflers do you guys use?
A2. Are seriously going to make me read the list?
Q3. When could I drop off my vehicle?
A3. Whenever, we will get to it when we get to it.
Q4. What will be the turn around when I drop off my vehicle?
A4. I don't even know what the hell your talking about.
I could go on and on but the reality is I had no issue with the original installation. I told the woman that I didn't feel like leaving my vehicle in her care as she dosen't seem professional and that she had some kind of anger problem that has just resulted in a loss of a sale. The woman than blamed being busy with "annoying customers". I told her that she needed to "smarten up" and I subsequently hung up the phone. In my opinion, I would never go back to this business but if anyone ever wanted to speak to "the divorced troll from under the bridge" I would recommend for you to phone Extreme performance and ask for a quote. I have since made an installation appointment with Maxim mufflers. -

do not, i repeat do not take your car or truck there, the owner will not remove your items to be installed or even care about locking your car, as i found out the hard way thru the court system, the owner has never changed his policy and will not. they are the worst when it comes to responsibility , if you don't believe me try leaving your car outside and find out , the owner doesn't care about you or your car just about how much pain and suffering you will go thru with this very careless company just ask all the victims he has not cared about and not reimbursed. so in all fear for your vehicle and personal suffering.
